He spelled it out very clearly on day 1 of these hearings..and George and Cindy were in the room when he said that..A judge does not need to repeat his admonishments more than once....And I noticed Cindy had to work very hard to maintain that decorum (after she testify'd) in the first motion...So George is fully aware!!

According to the hinky and I believe In Sessions, two people were chucked yesterday - one for sleeping and one for grumbling constantly out loud - so George may just be today's boot.....

The point is, LE are trying to find a 'live' Caylee at this time that is supposedly kidnapped and ICA knows ... this is not the time when ICA was indicted for murder so you have to understand the context. LE were trying to find Caylee not trick a murderer to confess.

Library? Ha! Doubt she ever was in library for studying, more likely meeting up with some boy to make out or -whatever-.

She takes notes (I would love to see them) like shes writing an essay in social studies. Too bad she didn't apply herself in school like that, she might have graduated.
