ITA. I believe Casey believes the defense that is being put on for her right now. The police arrested her on a "ucking" whim. And then tried to get her to confess to something she "didn't even do."

It is beginning to seem Casey is in the drivers seat on this case. It's like her/their whole defense is "Casey didn't kill Caylee, so-anything that has been done to Casey since LE showed up is an injustice.

They truly have a defense from the perspective that Caylee has nothing to do with Casey being on trial. I wanted to express this yesterday, it is coming clearer to me...

the jury can see and will see how Casey and her team have totally dismissed the existence of Caylee. They kill her everyday they stand up and speak.

If this guy Matthew was ex BF I feel sorry for him.

You know all of Casey's ex's and her girlfriends have to be somewhat traumatized knowing they were friends with or slept with someone who is a murderer. If it happened to me I would question myself every time I met someone I wanted to date, or met a girl I wanted to be friends with...forever it would haunt me, I think.

Since things have moved along at a decent pace today, I'm having a glimmer of hope this trial can actually take place in the allotted docket time.

Maybe so if CM does most of the trial and not JB!

I have a feeling yesterday would have went much faster and been more effective had CM been able to talk.
