Other documents released today showed expert reports discerning the insects found in the trash bag taken from Anthony's trunk, which they said have no forensic value and were likely attracted there because of rotting garbage, not a rotting corpse.

Also, no DNA was found on the laundry bag or the shorts found near the remains.

Well, according to this he wasn't able to come to court a few weeks ago (had his testimony/report read into the record). Doesn't mean he can't work at home on a report, though.

Maybe that is what JB was so upset about right after Monday's hearing when they went to the sidebar. My guess he was asking for more time and the judge may have said Friday or no testimony. jmo

Is he still in the hospital? I should think he'd be home by now.I cant see why he wouldnt be able to give report by phone,Skype etc..Seriously does he still have his mind ?sometimes anesthetic works "funny" on older people.I dont understand why someone ethical couldnt step in for him.What if someone died? message from the grave?:bananalama:

The perforated bowel condition can be quite serious. If he had bowel removed and needed IV nutrition,called TPN,the central IV line can colonize bacteria causing sepsis ,more than once.Leaky gut,necrosis of the affected bowel......the list for complications goes on,and Dr. Spitz is not young!

Surely he has some "notes" a colleague can put together as a report :waitasec:

Wonder if he'll do the usual and submit it late and act like nothing happened? Was "attorney" William Slabaugh at fault again? Maybe it was confusion again. I could see where a deadline could cause some serious confusion at the Baez Law Firm, where justice begins.

I can't imagine JB waiting until the very last second to get that report in. It would amount to "in your face" HHJP. I also do not see the good doctor waiting until the deadline date to get that report in if he were able to complete it in the first place. jmo

I believe Baez has to file it, IIRC, His Honor told him that also during the March 2-7, 2011 pretrial....I don't see it anywhere so I'm guessing, it didn't get filed...so, that means, Dr. Spitz' testimony is MOOT....JMHO
