Local 6 legal analyst Mark O'Mara said the tone of the defense's motion has raised an eyebrow in the legal community.
O'Mara did say Perry may choose to clarify some facts in his initial ruling.
"I think this motion does point out a couple of factual errors that may exist.
For example, Anthony was not interrogated in the room she falsely claimed was her office at Universal Studios, but in a nearby room.
O'Mara said the discrepancies do not undercut the judge's ultimate findings.
Those facts are easy to fix with an amended order," O'Mara said.
