He's not saying how the defense is doing his job or what they're doing but analysts are proposing theories and people are saying he killed her. Please. See, they're mad at WFTV, not JB. Who, I ask is saying oh, yeah, did you hear GA killed Caylee? Noone believes that!!!!! Hopefully it is a sign though that GA won't go along with that defense tactic though. I think the DT will use him as a mitigator if anything. IMO

George was outraged by this report. JVM wants to know why attorney isn't talking about it. Attorney is speaking about theories that get batted around...if it wasn't the case that it is...

JVM interrupts...goes to commerical. I don't think we will know anything more than what we read from the attorney's statement. George didn't kill Caylee, we have to say something about that because people were buzzing about it.

JVM is challenging the attorney because he came on to state his case,but now says he can't comment!

She didn't let him finish! He was saying what he said in the statement that they can't comment on defense tactics but he can comment that GA did nothing to Caylee!!

Mr. Lippman danced around the question of the defense motive as he did in his written statement. Only direct statement was George was outraged at the story and that he only represented George and Cindy not Casey. No news, certainly no "Bombshell"

is this right you guys, i am asking. So, if we had the PTSD information but it had been the protestors that Cindy grappled with, we might be looking at the same thing but a statement about how Cindy didn't kill Caylee?
