It's commercial time. I'm watching now. NG's reaction to the PTSD theory cracked me up!

Loved it! I can bet that Casey is responsible for at least 5%-10% of the population that has had to get on some form of anti anxiety medication since 2008.

Talk about PTSD!!

Watching NG right now ... missed it earlier ... glad they re-run the show.

I disagree about George -- I believe he will do WHATEVER he can to "save" Casey and I believe they will try "reasonable doubt" and "use" George.

I believe Cindy will "force" him to do it ...

Cindy's ONE and ONLY CONCERN is Casey -- NOT adorable little Caylee. This is so upsetting !

I cannot wait for Justice for Caylee !

lolololol ~ Sheeba called into the JVM show - yesterday or the day before. :waitasec:

Yes! Marc Klauss!

"This is the sleaziest defense I have seen since the Scott Peterson defense!"

ok...I wasn't going to watch, but now I gotta see Marc...finally someone who speaks the truth...need to record the repeat.

Playing the 911 call with CA and the car smells like there has been a damn dead body in the car.

And what about the ten other people who confirmed that they were smelling a decomposing body too? And then we had to listen to that yo-yo all day today claiming the tests taken in the trunk are not reliable.

That is my hope that the jury will see the difference in these transformed parents. The MH testimony about ICA taking Caylee away for one day to as much as a week after an argument. Naturally that is what they suspected this was about at first. Then CA sent Lee to try and find her, etc. I believe that is why he asked her is like the last time or the other time?

I wish the prosecution would do a montage of clips of Cindy showing her changes and lies, one after the other...just little snippets to give the jury an overview of just how deceitful Cindy really is.

Bold mine

Yo-yo is the perfect descriptive word for Furton! :floorlaugh:

"My client is a 24 carat a-hole, but he isn't a murderer" per MG "My daughter may have told some mistruths but it doesn't make her a murderer" per CA. How close am I?

The other one that naws at me is : if there isn't a cause of death, how can it be murder?

MARC KLAAS, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER, KLAASKIDS FOUNDATION: Sure. This is one of the sleaziest defenses I`ve seen probably since the Scott Peterson defense. The defense is throwing everything at the wall as you said earlier hoping that some of it will stick.

And as Renee said, they only have to put doubt in the mind of one juror in order to win this case, effectively. So I think that they are challenging the judge. They are challenging the witnesses. They are challenging the evidence. They are challenging the science.

They are floating rumors that George may be involved in this and that he`s going to fall on the sword, which I think is probably pretty credible. They are just trying to get to the point where one person on the jury will go, while, gee, maybe there is something to that.

When, in fact, Nancy, everything that a serious observer is able to determine from watching this situation is Casey Anthony acted in malice and murdered her daughter and basically forgot about it until it was brought to the attention of the authorities by her who in fact said it smells like there was death in that car.

Justice for Caylee

Ng said that the defense would try to pin it on GA...
He will fall on the sword

he did say he would die for her and do anything to save her...
looks like they took him up on it?

How could anyone believe:
No job, no money for a NANNY
Script to follow after getting mugged, was the script givien to her at the park
before or after she was knocked out?
Did they all just stand around and discuss this supposed script that the NANNY & her Sister gave her to follow?

Why would a Nanny run off with a child she got to see everyday?
Why would a mother not say word one about her daughter being gone for 31 days?
Why would a mother tell family and friends all kinds of stories to cover for not one person seeing CAYLEE for 31 days.
Why has not one friend or family member come foreward with
PICTURES of Caylee
with the NANNY?

Why would a bunch of lawyers spin her far-out stories into possible defense?

Not one single thing she said about Caylee's gone missing this way and that way, makes any sense.
She has become a master at manipulating, and with her father who may
put himself on the block to save her.
:innocent:
may be a noble thing to do but.....
too bad Caylee went anyplace with CMA.....

I was very surprised to see the Anthony's attorney on Nancy Grace... I mean really shocked!!

Yet, he doesn't seem to be listening at all... no one... not even the media is suggesting that George murdered Caylee. They are simply questioning the motives of the defense trying to add the two women who George got into a physical altercation with... if you can even call it that. It does suggest that the defense is up to something and that the focus is going to be on George's temper and how easily he flies off the handle (he did it rather quickly with LDB during the early March hearings and mumbled "I will challenge you.")

What we don't know is if George is going to go along with this to help defend Casey (he said he would sell his soul to the devil to get Casey "out of jail" in his deposition) or if the defense is going to sneak up from behind George and make him completely lose it on that stand.

George should be thankful that so many people care and are furious with the fact that the defense would even suggest that he is in any way responsible for the murder of Caylee. We could have all just shrugged our shoulders and said "Oh well... he deserves it after all he has done." But NO... We want Justice for Caylee... and the defense blaming innocent people for this crime is NOT Justice for Caylee!

GA has not attended court recently except to testify. CA is all “tight” with JB and company. Her daughter mouthed “thank you” or “I love you” or whatever we decided it was last week at the hearing.....CA obviously is in total support of her daughter. GA’s absence from the court hearings is SO very obvious (at least to me). He is being used/set up as a defense mechanism....they are going to say he had an explosive temper (i.e., the incident back in Ohio with his dad, the people in front of his house, etc.).....they are going to paint him as a crazy man (probably wouldn't take a whole gallon of paint, IMHO). I DON’T, HOWEVER, think they are going to say he murdered Caylee.....there is too much to battle on that one....BUT they will say that Caylee died in an accident and KC freaked....ugly coping, 31 days...etc. because she was SCARED of big bad George.
Hog Hooey.....if there was ANYBODY in that house to be scared of.....it wasn’t George.

Big problem with that though....didn't KC tell Melich (I think?) in one of the interviews that one reason she didn't report Caylee missing is that it was CINDY she was afraid of??? :waitasec:

Okay, Geoge does seem to be a hot head. He did throw his dad through a window. He yelled at reporters and pushed a couple of protesters to the street.

But come on, haven't you see the tapes of when George begins to lash out or step out to confront the protesters, it's Cindy, who grabs him and pushes him back. I always got a kick out of watching them trade places..she hauls him back, he tries to step in front of her. They look like a couple of tag team professional wrestlers.

Yeah, you can tell who wears the pants in the family. George lashes out, she pushes him back, and steps out to the angry mob to yell, swing her hammer and confront them all. George is supposed to stay in the garage.

Does anyone remember the statement GA said to KC about gaining weight while shes in prison? I question why GA would be so observant about KC's weight. There is something about George Anthony that I don't like but I can't exactly pinpoint it. I did find it peculiar that GA would make a statement like that to his daughter. Could it be possible there has been some kind of sexual impropriety between KC and her father? KC does seem to be quite the exhibitionist before incarceration. Was it possible she seduced her own father then held it over his head and still does? George Anthony is a handsome physically fit guy who looks like he has an eye for younger women. He looks like he can be a charmer. You know Cindy is aging quickly and GA might not want to be saddled with an older unattractive wife when a good looking guy like him can have a nice looking woman on each arm. I think this family has many secrets which who knows may be revealed at KC's trial.
