I rarely comment (too chicken). Anyway (probably already discussed), but isn't it the goal of the DT to ensure ICA's image is consistent with her Indigent status or am I giving the DT too much credit?

Maybe but I dont think they should use the homeless look.

just observation/not bashing of the new casey anthony look/outfit:

the sleeves are pushed up to the elbows so she cannot play with the cuffs. interesting... also the shirt underneath looks to be huge with a little tiny grey sweater over the top...
It is a horrible outfit imhoo and she looks very tired/scruffy.

And that huge snag in the back of her hair... looks like she caught it on a nail or something. She should spend as much time before the hearings getting ready as she does primping during the hearings. Not bashing either but her appearance is/should be important.

The fact that Dr. Logan is not even an expert makes this delay even worse!

Even worse is that JBP is even allowing him to testify when Logan himself admitted that he wasn't qualified for what the DT is asking him to testify to.

Seriously, is the DT held to any of the rules???

Years ago I was a plaintiff in a large civil suit. My attys told me to dress like I needed the money and look like I was going to church. No flashy jewelry, makeup, hairstyle etc. One day I appeared at a hearing straight from work in a suit and was told to never do that again because it make me look like an atty. I predicted by the end of the trial that the DT would have ICA looking like a bible school teacher. An atty? Didn't guess that one. I also watched my atty make someone spit their gum out into his hand. The casual state of HHJP's courtroom is shocking to me.

Not being snarky at all just my observation - ICA is sporting the "grunge" look today. It's not appealing and I hope they don't plan to use that during the actual trial. It reminds me of the Goth kids that my oldest daughter goes to school with and how they dress thrift shop chic. It also looks like she had no time to even be bothered to do her hair today.

I really think they need to soften up the image here and dress her more age appropriate, it would do a world of good, especially in the eyes of jurors. JMVHO!
