I have to say, KC looks miserable today. (Not in an appropriate, distraught over Caylee way IMO, but in a "holy moly" kind of way.)

So what does the Gov's funding announcement mean for the trial?

I'm thinking she is dreading the stain motion. They are going to show the outline of Caylee. I know that the media hasn't really talked about the outline that I can remember and after today... EVERYONE is going to be talking about it. Nancy Grace will have a BOMBSHELL TONIGHT that we all knew years ago! :floorlaugh:

So, all in all, I think it was several wasted hours by the DT and a slam dunk by JA, discrediting the witness in a very short time. I'd love to be a fly on the wall at the DT lunch.

She goes to a holding area in the courthouse (specifically for inmates). I feel sure that she has lunch there.

Judge Perry: Courts will be operational through May. In session now to approve budget through the next fiscal year.

So once again In Session broke in with a FALSE report. DUMB AZZES. Scott said there is an agreement but he has not signed anything yet..BUT confirmed there is an agreement.
