She has looked pretty suspicious to me for a long time. She intwined herself into this case, she handed out property that did not belong to her for a certain media individual to put on his site, she tried to pawn off a letter or 2, she came up with a lot of stories when she herself said her and TC were sound asleep, but at the same time she was up until all hours doing paperwork and did not see JO take the keys or hear the van drive off, this is from a person who claims to hear everything even when she is asleep. :sick:

Ms. Chelsea inserted herself into the case from the beginning. She has done little but protect brother-in-law Tommy and sister-in-law Misty from out of the gate. Inject. Inject. She has knowledge, and she will stand by the Croslin siblings to the end. I feel no different than I felt a couple of years ago. It's Tommy and to a lesser degree, Misty.

But, wait! What of the letters Chelsea claims Misty received from Druck? We’ll put them up, but they don’t appear to be signed by Druck or Danny, but a man named “Doug,” at a different address. There is no way to authenticate the letters; we tried a phone number listed, but it was missing a digit. In the past, needing money, Chelsea has attempted to sell Misty’s letters.

Why did Art say that BBM? He has the pictures and the letter did he buy them? Or did Chelsea just send them to him like she did others?

He never says once that Chelsea tried to sell him the letter or pictures.

No he is trying to discredit her for some reason. Just like his last sentence in the article,

Why is it Art Harris is trying his hardest to discredit Chelsea in this case?

Art Harris has made far more money in this case then Chelsea ever has. Truth is Art Harris needed money at the beginning of the Haleigh case and took a job with Cobra as his video man.

I think AH is refering to the letter CC tried to sell to Levi and he didn't have any money to buy it. I'm not sure, but didn't this letter finally show up, via one of the TN Croslin family members?
I seriously think AH has been playing CC for a long time. He buddied up to her and then he did slam her a few times on NG or JVM and she slammed him right back and went off topic when she was put up against the wall about the phone business via TN. He buddied up to a lot of people. :maddening:

What is up with the hair on that child in the pictures? Those pics look photo shopped to me. It looks like that child had light colored curly hair that was up in a bun and somebody painted in the darker hair.

The pictures also appear to be much older than what is being claimed. The edges are all darkened and worn.

Looks nothing like HaLeigh either, IMO! I do not see the sleepy eye from Turners.

Ridiculous, IMO. Just ridiculous. If anybody in any of those families truly love HaLeigh, truly, truly LOVE her, and they know anything at all that might help, they need to step up and out with it or I hope they rot forever...

Looking further at the pictures they look like pictures we have from the 1960's. It looks like they were b/w and that they have faded so badly that the toner level on a copier had to be darkened to the extent that there is even black on the child's neck. So, maybe not photoshopped but just darkened so much that they appear photoshopped. IMO those pics are very, very old. JMO

Well, maybe if people were not factoring Chelsea into what Ron did to his daughter, she wouldn't be so desperate. I still cant believe people think that if this chick knew something that would result in a 30k payday she would be so loyal and honorable.

I didnt know it had been proven that Ron DID do anything to his daughter. And personally i cant help but wonder if the reason shes being so"loyal and honourable" is because she knows her husband and brother in law know precisely what happened.

I really don't think Ronald left Misty with a dead child, I think more than likely he left his mama and grandma with her.

And I dont think the Croslins would cover up a dead child for Misty and Ronald. No way.

I still laugh over that video posted above. When did CC have carte blance to just walk into any home at the time all this was going on? Did she even know where Butterbean was located? Certainly not at Ron's, the LE taped it off. You'd think she'd go to Misty, being so close to her like she says she is.

This girl looks like she has a full set of teeth. Wouldn't Haleigh be missing some right about now? The photo in part does look photoshopped, the part where someone tried to color in the hair. :banghead:

Isn't the law in Florida such that if a crime is committed against a child resulting in their death, anyone who has/had knowledge of the crime AND participated in helping to conceal the crime (disposal of the body and/or any other evidence...), can also be charged in that child's death? I think Levi made mention of this recently in one of his posts. If this is true, it stands to reason why so many are in CYA mode. Even 30k isn't going to break those walls down. We've heard of an immunity deal for Misty if she talks but I honestly think that there is such a level of distrust between Misty & LE that Misty doesn't/didn't believe that LE would actually follow thru on their promise of immunity. If LE could/would have an immunity deal worked out in writing and with the presence and participation of an attorney, perhaps Misty could be reassured that it was legit.

This whole story reeks of deflection, deflection by the guilty parties. Who in their right mind would believe this story?

I believe you are correct on the law but as Chablis previously stated LE wants the big fish and deals are made all the time with the little fish-Chelsea could very easily get a deal if she knows anything and gives it up. If the SA was ready to offer Misty a deal there is no doubt Chelsea could easily get one. I haven't read of anyone thinking Chelsea is directly responsible for Haleigh's death/disappearance. If she does know anything or participated in any way her reason for keeping her mouth shut is it would implicate her husband. They seem to be very much in love with 3 small children. She does not want Timmy to go to prison.

The word is right before Misty was sentenced on the trafficking charges in PC she was in chambers with (speculating) the judge, her lawyer, the prosecutor and possibly LE. and was offered immunity. Why won't she crack? She knows nothing and cannot help or she knows but does not want to implicate the guilty party/parties.

LE must not think Misty is responsible for Haleigh's death/disappearance-there is no way they woud give her a sweet deal if she was! She is the key, she can open the lock but she won't do it-I have never followed such a case with such hard nuts to crack! :maddening:

Such a sad, senseless case where yet again the system and cruel people without a conscience failed an innocent child.

Last I heard LE offered Misty complete immunity, stipulation being she tell them where Haleigh's body is.. IMO..Misty doesn't know and I suspect no one in the Croslin family knows...
As you know I suspect the incident occured in Hank Sr. and Lisa's residence. I also suspect Ronald Cummings high tailed it out of there leaving Misty with a deceased child on her hands...
Even IF he didn't threaten to put the blame on her, which I suspect he did, how is she going to prove he threatened her..How are any of the others going to prove he threatened them, IF he did.. It's their word against his..Plus he has his mother and his grandmother covering for him...It's their word aginst their word.
IF the Croslins helped with moving a deceased child and cleaning up a crime scene in their parent's home... Which I suspect they may have done.. They know they are in DEEP TROUBLE.. JMHO..
