Nancy translates Dr Lee's 'scientific' gibberish, er jargon into fabreze doesn't turn into chloroform.

  • #82
Dr. Lee;I don't think it turns into chloroform. But you have to look at the ingredient sheet..

NG; I did, I am looking right at it, no chloroform listed...

LOL

And then he says there was 'spit' and 'snot' in the trunk? What was he talking about?

He said the spit and snot was where the decomposition came from. (I think) LOL

Hmmm. That old clip of GA and CA in court showed Jim L next to them. Someone pointed out recently that they don't sit together anymore. Well, GA is home battling allergies apparently. Anyway, today Jim L was clearly on the other side behind the SA.

MNJ: The DT keeps telling everyone their defense, it's (not its) absurd.

  • #87
NG will George fall on the sword? MN: he doesn't see it but defense may try to use it to cast reasonable doubt in jury's mind.

NG reads the list of ingredients from a Febreze bottle and asks Dr Lee-can this turn into Chloroform? I spray this all the time, are my twins gonna be chloroformed? He waffles a bit, then she leads him to a YES/NO answer- and he says No it can't....

I think the defense are trying to say that the febreze reacted with a substance in the trunk and turned into chloroform but as far as I know febreze is to all intents and purposes an inert substance.

I can't help but wonder......will someone file a suit against P&G on the basis that Febreze did not cover up the "dead body odor" in their trunk???

  • #91
Now Horowitz is saying "absurd defenses".

  • #92
He said the spit and snot was where the decomposition came from. (I think) LOL

Yes! Can you believe that? After the day I've had, I needed a laugh and he supplied it. Last week when I had bronchitis/asthma my wastepaper bins were full of tissues with human decomposition on them! ugh LOL

Did anyone catch the lawyer saying that there are two murders here, and the second one is that JB is murdering his client and her case? :shocked2:

  • #94
Was that Horowitz? I didn't hear that part!

  • #95
She is all business when it comes to CA tonight- changing her story, first the car smells of a dead body then it didn't, then no febreze, then she remembers spraying a whole bottle just when the defense was hoping she would....
Now playing video GA telling LE about the human decomposition smell in the car.
Now GA saying Maybe my daughter ran over something...

  • #96
I heard that. He is right, but I'm surprised he said it!

He said the spit and snot was where the decomposition came from. (I think) LOL

Excuse me Dr Lee, but I don't think 'spit' and 'snot' turns into decomposition if it is from a living person.

My son has terrible allergies and he used to toss his kleenex on the floor. When he went off to school and we did a thorough cleaning we found dozens of old kleenex AND an old Domino's Pizza Box with crusts and pepperoni left inside under his bed. ...[ I know, gross] But guess what...NO BAD SMELLL.

Which one said that? I missed that little gem.

  • #99
There's the clip of ICA telling JB to get her the F out of there. I mean that she wanted to hold her head up high.

  • #100
Did he say spit and snot just for the shock value? Most of the mds I've been around use more "professional" words unless they think the patient might not understand. But for a doctor to use on tv ~ very cheap, imo.
