Why throw out the party pics? The same pictures that JB just said "were to numerous to print out". This goes to her mental state.

Does he also want to throw out the heart sticker, that has since been destroyed? That seems a given.

This is a BIG deal, I would guess, a HUGE deal. I'm thinking worse than Casey abuse. I'm thinking maybe Caylee abuse or like you said, she is directly accusing someone else of murder, like one of her parents. Or she confessed.
