Judge Perry was called during the depo, and agreed with the defense that the depo should be terminated.

Having them approach the bench.

I want Danzinger's depo. I assume this is one that is highly sealed and we won't hear about it -- maybe not even at court. Dang, I want to get into her head and try to figure out what she was thinking!

Both know there are things in that deposition (attornies approach the bench....)

HHJP: before I rule I need you to address the following issue: I was called by both the state and the defense during the depo which I agreed with the defense to terminate that depo. you all know the contents of that depo.

Oh - the Defense and the SA discussed dropping Dr. Danziger with HHJP before it happened. He agreed and does not sound happy - now called a sidebar.

That is what Judge Gessner is having to do with the jury in the Nancy Cooper case!

In Session reporting both sides had problem with the depo - they had to call the judge. very clear something happened with that witness on depo - perhaps that is why the defense withdrew that particular witness (Dr. Danzinger)

do we know the backstory here?

JC - last week depos were 3 -4 hours on depos = I think yesterday that is the day the judge got a call about this depo of Dr. Danzinger and the subsequent withdrawl of him as a witness

I think it was at the request of the STATE the way he said the defense agreed to stop it.
