She did, didn't she? Probably b/c they all were going into the judge's chambers to discuss her favorite subject: herself!

IDK why but just the sight of her has my nerves all jumpy & irritated today.

What the heck was that about with JA and wanting to let his family know where he is at all times.....odd.

:cow:

didn't think it to odd...he just wanted to let them know where he would be during that time.....most times you know where your business meeting or whatever is....nothing odd about JA request.....

why would KC have to go in camera?? any of our Attorneys know why she would need too?

okay - so only 1 person from each side is going to know. Well what happens when they start calling hotels and asking for a bunch of rooms for a determined amount of time. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the trial is coming to town. Knowing Jose, he'd probably say "this is Jose Baez, and I need a dozen rooms". The hotel then alerts the media pronto!

He'll do just about anything to taint the jury (IMHO). Everyone in the area will be checking their mail boxes for jury duty!

MOO

I'm going to guess that HHJP already has some kind of room block arranged for the appropriate dates, possibly at several different locations just in case. Possibly under a false convention-type name. You can make those arrangements with national hotel chain's Sales Departments and get penalties waived for dropping rooms at the false locations at the last minute.

As HHJP set up a block of rooms in Orlando for the jury, I'm guessing he has done the same thing at possible off site locations also.

Just a tip - please don't everyone keep refreshing the page - try and wait for it to load. When there are this many people here everything slows down a bit. :)

Why did they go in camera - was it about the psych reports?

Am I the only one that got a kick out of Judge Perry? After all of JB's whining about the media, and turning off the cameras, Judge Perry said - It would be reversed in 48 hours?

The defense is going to keep Dr. Wietz for the mitigation phase so they went in chambers to discuss it because JA still has some issue with it... Do I have that right????

Well if only one attorney knows from both sides...who do ya wanna bet will be the first to tattle to the others?

double post - server has gone crazy, only hit the button once.

I agree. too many deal breakers for ICA. IMHO. deal time.

Watching her expression as she waited to go into judge's chambers....I got the same feeling. The state wouldn't do that to us would they? Surely they wouldn't let her take the easy way out after all her BS? This HAS to go to trial. It just has to.

I think she was happy Judge Perry spanked Ashton a little and that Mason snuck a little comment in and JA reacted.

As far as JA, I couldn't imagine being a States Attorney wife/children. I bet a lot of people want to see them hurt (or more likely dead) because they were sent to jail or a family member was sent to jail in a case they tried.

I keep getting kicked off - hoping this works

I had to open up a new browser to get back in.

ICA has gone in camera before, once for the indigent hearing and once for the abc deal hearing
