I think it is because the trial is getting close and both sides are nervous and jumpy and things are getting down to the wire.

I think JB still has not figured out how he is going in there and excluding the doctors means it is back to a new theory.

I just got off the phone with Tricia. She is contacting our IT specialist as I type this.


She asked me to reassure everyone that they are going to rectify the server issues as soon as possible. She offers her sincere apology for the problems today, but is glad we are aware of this now before the trial begins so that she can take care of it. She appreciates your patience and said not to worry. Things will be ready for trial.

Hmmmm . . . . could that be because JB got his way and kept 90% of the hearing out of the hearing/sight of the viewers? Something big went down yesterday folks with the good Dr. and furthermore - it appears that JB may have gotten his pp slapped for trying to thwart the rules of the court. (in this instance pp doesn't stand for power point but that is just my opinion).

Well what a frustrating day- with all the sidebars and in cameras, and what was with the cameraman barely putting the camera on ICA? I really wanted to see her reaction to some of the topics being discussed. Was very disappointed in that.

We sure had a missmash on the hearing thread as far as what photos were being let in or not. As far as I understood, it was Baez who was doing the objecting and the only pic there was any question about was the one with Caylee in THE t-shirt with the bruise under her eye. HHJP will let the photo in if that bruise is photoshopped out.

The rest of the objections were sustained - meaning they are coming in. Did anyone else hear anything different?

Wow. That is the grimmest I have seen Ms. Anthony and Baez ever after coming out of the in camera meeting. Whew. G-r-i-m. Baez was quite subdued and glum today in general..

No, because I don't think Baez got his way, and even if he did it doesn't matter to me as long as the trial starts on time.

Actually, I may be confused - that one and the one with Tony on 20th of June at Fusion, either way I believe that the State can show relevance and they are coming in.

I think HHJP said the smiling pic only comes in if needed to rebut any claims the defense may make that she was questioned under duress or against her will in any way. The party pics I think he said that the SA has to 'build a foundation' or something like that in order for them to be relevant.. whatever that means. Did anyone else have a different understanding, maybe I am mistaken? It was confusing.

Beach notified Tricia about the server issues, and she promised to get them resolved prior to trial.
