I love the way she wanted to do a shady drive by ICA's house because she didn't believe her excuse that there were 20 people at the house. But Ricardo wouldn't do it...oh I wish they had done that!!

Ya know...I can relate. I had a friend way back when that was always telling stories (actually, I had more than one...lol) and as a group (my college friends) we did our own investigating. We never did call the other friend out on her lies...but we just needed personal confirmation that things were not as she said they were. Everyone has a hinky meter and Casey obviously set off Amy's.

It was hard to read this depo - in fact I'm not quite done. AH is far more courteous than I would ever expected with respect to her attitude towards ICA. She seemed like a typical young lady making her way in life and doing her best to make ends meet. She seemed to just roll with whatever was going on and was a good friend to ICA. I find it funny that JB wanted to insinuate that AH and JG were hooking up. When I read about them sitting in those childrens' chairs at the Barnes & Noble while creating the timeline....I thought to myself...well AH & JG just might make an interesting couple!! Brought together by this tragedy....just a thought on my part.....I imagine it would just kill ICA to think that someone else was playing with her toys while she is in custody......

IIRC Casey told the 911 operator, "I got a call today..." (paraphrasing) I don't think she specified who actually made the call. I believe she said she spoke to Caylee for a moment. I could be wrong.

I think this is interesting. So this phone call wasn't a load of crap Casey suddenly came up with. I mean, it was a load of crap, just not so spur of the moment. I didn't think Casey had the foresight (smarts) to plant an "insignificant" detail like that so far in advance but maybe she is more cunning than I give her credit for. :floorlaugh: Was her telling Amy about the supposed phone call just BS for the sake of BS (like most everything Casey said) or was Casey laying the groundwork for the kidnapper/nanny story?

I think Amy will make a great witness for the State. She sounds mature, level-headed and honest. She even gives Casey credit for apologizing. Amy is a good friend but Casey and Cindy both used her for their own manipulative, evil reasons!

Reoccurring theme: Casey has a creepy side people who "know her" hadn't often seen and are surprised by now because she behaves in a totally different manner than she had even shown them. This is the real Casey.

From this deposition Amy didn't seem to be in any doubt that she and KC were going to get a place together despite the stalling. I find it strange that ICA told Will W on the July 5 that she was looking for a house over near Valencia (because she was going to school) with her best friend who also has kids. She said that since a nanny was so expensive they were going to pool their resources and get a live-in nanny. Now WTF. Will works with Amy and KC is bold face lying about her living arrangements, not even mentioning Amy. Does she think that those two don't talk?

I think you're right about KC getting all her ducks in a row. Just weirdly interesting.

Per Amy’s deposition, they gathered at Barnes and Noble to compare notes in order to help LE find Caylee. She said this occurred between 07/16/08 (Casey’s arrest) and 07/23/08 (Amy’s LE interview). Entries were evidently written by Jesse, a former police officer and former boyfriend/fiancé of Casey.

Note: The friends compiled this calendar shortly after Caylee was reported missing. Some of their recollections were adjusted or corrected in the intervening months/years. For instance, on 07/31/08 Jesse told OCSO he was not certain about having heard Caylee on the June 24 call with Casey, etc.

Amy actually painted a better picture for me as far as what was going down between KC, Caylee & Cindy.
I believe KC and CA did have a fight. KC implemented her plan because all things fell into place to have a reason to leave (the fight), friends to go to and dad actually working, so she could do the deed. Aside from TL's, she stayed at JP's with Amy uninvited by the owner of the home, and for those of you that have had roommates, you know how annoying it can be to have that extra "company" every day. JP must have thought it annoying, at least, and AH said it was awkward.
But where the hell else was KC gonna go? She was a runaway.
CA thinks KC has Caylee. Then, she starts to get worried as we know, but KC is probably a little nasty to her, or gives her the cold shoulder-they did have a fight, after all. CA has to go around Casey and find out where she is and what's up with her and Caylee. She starts looking at online networking. Sees KC partying. CA's blood boils over, because KC is still running around, how can she be properly taking care of Caylee? Where the heck could she be leaving her? If with Zanny, who on Earth is this Zanny?

When she finally gets the car, she is worried. Damn worried. I think she confronts KC with the picture as she lays to ground work to blast KC for the liar that she is, but the new twist, the smell of death in the car, causes some things to proceed in another direction. I know I am regurgitating the obvoius, it's just that somehow the way AH went over it in this depo, I got a better, refreshed sense of things.

I am late to the party,guys ,but I just have to put this writing and say how impressed I am with Jesse,Amy,Ricardo and Troy. They took it upon themselves to try and put a timeline together ,doing what they could to find Caylee.
This is so much more than anything George or Cindy did. Actually ,it's the complete opposite of what George and Cindy did.

Amy,Jesse,Ricardo and Troy are definitely part of Team Caylee .God bless them.

this just goes to show that casey's friends put forth 1000000 times more effort to find caylee than caylee's own mother (and grandparents)

between everyone who has even known her (casey's friends) and complete strangers (people here at WS & all over) it's sad that it has to take the general public, media, bloggers etc. to scream out for caylee because her family has forsaken her.

there's no doubt in my mind that jesse loved that child like his own.. even if they weren't related by DNA, he still had that bond with her.
my husband isn't my 5 year old's biological father, but his bond with her is stronger than his bond with our 2 year old, who does share his DNA.

I'm very happy with Amy's deposition. She recalled the important stuff, didn't waiver from what she'd originally said, and held her own against the big bad bully (Mason). When he laid out his passive-aggressive approach ("we couldn't find you") she didn't get defensive and belligerent, she simply moved along.

I also adored the imagery of them all at the teeny tiny chairs and tables. Without even knowing it, these kids did the right thing by Caylee. How lovely.

I remember that too. I think it is in one of her police interviews. I remember thinking how ridiculous it was to think that Jeff's ex-gf, who watched his son, would agree to watch his NEW gf's kid as well. I will try and find it as well.
