That's not accurate. There were (2) 3285 routers received Jan 08. If you listen to Kurtz question GM, he is clearly talking about the other 3285 received at the same time as the 3285 BC had. The serial # on the Chicago printout was the same serial # as the 3285 that GM still has at Cisco. GM stated that it is still on the shelf and not used. So there's no way that router went to Chicago, The serial # of the 3285 that Brad had ended in H was not on the printout and is missing. The printout was never verified as a Cisco invoice.

That is all assumption as there is no official notation anywhere as to which router Brad borrowed and if/when it was returned. GM has no clue where those routers have been in the past 3 years. He was trying to be Mr. Hero and do a CYA job, basically it was a flop.

I just re-watched the Jessica testimonies. (sp) Not so sure I fall in the JA didn't just tell the truth as she knew it. I will get beat up for this I"m sure because I don't believe she told everyone to get their stories together and that she was in control. I have more trouble believing the witness that said she told them not to call police she would. If anyone, anyone, knew what was going on there it was JA. Truly JMO.

I'm not going to beat you up over it because I questioned that other person's testimony too. Wasn't he the only one in that entire group--old and new friends--who said JA had given that order to?
I hate that she has been trashed on this forum. She may have been misguided in some of her actions but I think she truly loved Nancy and was deeply concerned about her.

When I think about it more...........it's unlikey Brad would have first attacked Nancy in the foyer - too much of a risk for her to get back out of the house.

I'm predicting a verdict on Friday!

How do you think she knew NC's cell phone was in her car that morning?

She told him not to talk to the police (they were at the Cooper home at the time). Why would he make that up?

I think he was somewhat creepy. His allegiance was to Brad. I am finding it difficult to believe a heck of a lot of stuff that's been said, quoted, and re-said about various folks in this case.

You have every right to disagree that is what is great about this forum. I personally don't. I don't believe it for a second unless she wanted to be the person that delivered things to the police. She knew EVERYTHING about that family. It is obvious. I respect your opinion and my post if JMO.

That's fine. I don't blame you for discounting MH testimony, he's not the most credible witness. I did find CDittner very credible though. Her testifying that she received an email from JA asking to foward any negative infomation to AS as it pertains to BC was important to me.

"After almost 5 months of not training... I'm Back!!! Between work, MBA and holidays my training was put on hold until now. Now that my MBA is complete and the holidays are over, its definitely time to start training for Ironman Lake Placid in July 2008."

The above is quoted from BC's site. It does appear the earlier testified date of BC & SH's plan for 7.12.2008 Ironman is correct. Yikes.

This is very interesting info. This could have played a role in the motive.
He seemed to really want to do iron man's and NC was threatening to leave with the girls and he didn't want to pay her so he kept her there and then that got in the way with his iron man plans because he had to "play great dad" like NC said to her lawyer, so he was unable to accomplish his personal goals because of her and do his iron man thing.

Wow I think I had a light bulb moment.

Right. But Boz said yesterday something about Brad leaving the garage at 2am to dispose of her body. I caught it, it was very early in his part of the closing.

Then her blood alcohol level should have been higher considering how much she drank according to testimony. I would think there would have been a greater chance of a car acting suspicously at that time on a Friday night also, especially one with out a license plate. There could have been a police roadblock for drunk drivers at that time that no one would even know about until they came upon it. A lot of people are also still up at that time of night on a Friday.

So, one of the items the jury requested was the BJ's receipts that showed the 30 bottles of Tide purchased. Are they looking at JA's story? I thought that was interesting.

I can't find DE 170. 171 was the video of the PI driving around the neighborhood, 173 is the photo with NC wearing the necklace. Unless it was shown out of order, I can't locate it. I think the audio of RL was in the high 160's.

I think she was assuming the cell phone, and all of Nancy's other personal items, were in her car because historically that's where she kept them.

He would have been the only one she would be worried about talking to police because his plans conflicted with her story of the painting plans timeline (NC was due at her home by 9 to paint).

That could have happened.. good theory.. I think that 4am time frame would make sense because he said the younger daughter woke up at 4am crying so he needed a reason to say the lights were on in the house in case any neighbors saw lights on he already has his buttocks covered.

They often got up that early in the morning, both of them.

Plus there was the neighbor, remember he thought someone was trying to break in to his house so he called police and they said they would patrol the area. That was late.....1AM or so?

I'm thinking Friday too because they want this all over with and they probably don't want to drag it into next week.
I have a doctors appointment on Friday morning and he is always running late so I'll be there 3 hours. Got to work tomorrow out of town. So I'm hoping for Friday afternoon around 3pm.

It may have been over the line, perhaps a lot of JA's actions were. But I don't think I've ever had a friend who would get that involved in a situation if I were discovered missing/dead. So I, when it's all said and done, think JA was a true friend. She has been in the courtroom with the family many days throughout this trial.

From the testimony I've been able to see while working, yes he is the ONLY one that made that statement. I believe in my heart that she truly loved NC too and she had every right to feel what she felt about BC that day when he wouldn't call police. When you love a friend that you know has been under scrutiny by their spouse, money, travel etc., and that they feel bad and mad about it, it would cross my miind too. It just wasn't anything normal for their friendship. She knew NC would have called her.

I had completely forgotten about the stuff under her fingernails. With Det. Daniels testifying that the marks on him were more like rubs and didn't have 'broken' skin, where else would it come from if it was blood? There has been no other testimony that there were any other marks on him other than those 'rubs' and his finger.

they didn't have him take his shirt off....

just sayin'....

Well, they, as a couple were friends with the Cooper's much longer than JA was with NC. Don't forget they were hosting the "saddest party ever". They had plans with them for later that evening too.

I think on the creepy scale, JA is much higher. JMO

She knew EVERYTHING about that family, except that she didn't. I think she wanted to, but she didn't. In fact the majority of what she said she KNEW about the Coopers was incorrect.

She knew anytime NC had plans to run with CC. Wrong.

She knew NC only used ALL detergent. Wrong.

She knew there were sticks and ducks in the foyer. Wrong.

She knew Brad went to Europe and never called home. Wrong.

She knew NC never took her necklace off. Wrong.

She knew NC never stood anybody up. Wrong.

She knew BC never attended the childrens birthday parties. Wrong.

She knew NC never ran alone. Wrong.

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong.

People get caught up on BC not saying "I didn't kill my wife" or that he told lies. Well one thing BC said was JA and HP lied and THAT was the truth.

It has been my theory also NC was taken out the door in the attached photo and put in the back seat. He then rolled out of the neighborhood with the lights off.

That's a good one but I think maybe the garage was cleaned, so he could get the vehicle in there... then she was put in the trunk leaving no chance at all to be seen by neighbors or passers by.

He would have been the only one she would be worried about talking to police because his plans conflicted with her story of the painting plans timeline (NC was due at her home by 9 to paint).

Did he know for sure the plans hadn't changed. What am I missing here. This was between JA and NC. I truly don't believe she made anyone change their story or try to take control. JMO and I'm stickin to it.
