Me too, mitzi. They are in on the whole "Maybe GA Did It" plan, IMO.

After all, the intent is to just get at least 1 juror to consider the possibility and hold up the whole jury - not to actually get GA indicted.

Sort of what just happened in the Chris Coleman trial. The defense only put up 2 witnesses at trial. However, throughout, they dropped little hints that Coleman's one black-sheep brother "could have" had something to do with the murder of his wife and sons. Not to get him arrested, just to inject doubt. Thankfully, the jury had none of it - guilty X3.

I could see GA being willing to go along with planting doubt if he thought nothing else would ever come of it.

From what I understand and can figure out - the appeals court has said there would be no extension, so everything goes ahead as scheduled on Monday. However, they can entertain the media's motion and it could have an affect on future cases should this arise again.

That is just my simple interpretation from the snippets I have read/heard.

Yes, I agree. What I believe Jean was discussing was the DT's motion for more time to file their response on the media's motion. They had asked for 30 days to file a response and the appellate court quickly denied their request.

I am beginning to wonder if everything the DT + Cindy and George are doing is just to delay everything and that they are in some way colluding together to this effect. Maybe that's why they are laughing.
