I think you are probably right. Makes sense. I have been skimming snippets of various updates and I have about 248 balls in the air I am juggling ATM. lol I shoulda just hushed. ;)

Well, if we can't all talk through it together, you know...? :seeya:

I don't know what I would do if I couldn't get info here or bounce off interpretations.

Still not sure if I'm correct, lol!

:rollercoaster:run roh George!
it's gonna be a bumpy ride!

Oh oh, Mr. Mason is up. George and Cindy Anthony are material witnesses in this case and George Anthony testified at the Grand Jury.

CM: George Anthony testified to the Grand Jury. They have been state's witnesses since day 1.

There she is in all her glory.

It looked like she came in from the jury room rather than the usual door... Also it looked like all the lawyers came in from there too. Wonder why all the back scene meetings lately?

LOL - ICA wants the Anthony's testimony to be uncontaminated by listening to the trial.

casey doesn't want the jury able to watch her parents in the gallery day after day!

interesting

JA asking the Anthony's be seated in a balcony so jurors cannot look to them for reactions.

Gotta Love JA! He is being so fair to them. Saying he understands it is emotional! :woohoo:

CM was short and sweet and I understood not one word he said. JA didn't approach the podium and is very hard to hear--said something about if they are allowed in, seat them in the balcony so the jury can't see them?

Because the information being discussed isn't for public consumption (jury venue, photos) IIRC. I know, it drives me batty, too. Oh to be a fly on the wall!!

if the A's are banned from the courtroom you can be sure they will ignore their orders and they will watch it on tv or on the internet.
They could never use that kind of restraint and risk "missing something".
Only way to keep them uninformed of the proceedings is to lock them in a room each day of trial.

WOW..State has no issue with the A's being in the courtroom but doesn't want the jury looking at them so suggests that they sit in balcony away from jury and public!!!

Ashton only wants the Anthony's out of the camera range or the jury range so the courtroom viewers won't be constantly be looked at for their reactions.

All right! I said the court should put the Anthonys in the balconey.

Does Mason not think the Anthonys are going to watch the trial via the computer?
