I am wondering. He said see you at 8:30 am. He also said the lawyers would need to leave by 8:00 am to get there on time. So how far away can a venue be for them to be INSIDE the courtroom by 8:30 am?

Probably not, but I'm not so sure he will actually throw them out. I won't believe it until I see it! I really hope he is serious about that rule. He hasn't been so far. They continue to do what they want with no repercussions.

I'm not unhappy they have been allowed in. I understand why HHJP was going to sequester them - and it is because they are unable to control their emotions. This is an emotional trial BUT they should not be allowed to disrupt the trial.

I think HHJP just said - fine - you've make your point but fair warning - one outcry or anything else that attracts attention to yourself and you are out - there will be no warnings. Basically he has accomplished what he wanted anyhow, because unless those two are so medicated that they are comatose, they will not be able to keep quiet - they are both volatile personalities.

IMO, the motion to sequester George and Cindy was not her attorney's idea. It was KC's. It has been pretty obvious since June 16, 2008, that she has no interest in her parent's love, affection, interest in her life, etc. This motion was KC's way of telling them: "Not only do I not want you to visit me at the jail prior to the trial, I don't even want you at the trial. Get the h*ll out of my life !!"

Agree 100%! It's Cindy's damn fault she isn't partying at the new Fusion tonight! She'll nevahh forgive her.

Wouldn't they have arrived the night before to get set up properly? Get their hotel/motel rooms etc.?

Casey anthony does not know about the visit, and will not be notified, until 7:00am tomorrow morning. And the Orange county will be taping it. Media can request it for public record. It could be on news at noon until tomorrow.

There hasn't been a jury present during the hearings. I think once the actual trial begins and the jury is able to view the A's theatrics ... they will get bounced for their behavior.

They will be a huge distraction IMO.
I hope he's not going to do an Ito and let others control what goes on in the courtroom.

I think it is because they want to get sneak something out at the trial that GA & CA know is totaly untrue. the DT knows they will not be able to handle it and they want to be able to say whatever they want without them there in person. jmo

It sounds like HHJP is going to let Dr Vass testimony come in? JB says he turned over some docs to SA as a professional courtesy ( re Dr Vass background ) and didn't plan to use them but "now it sounds like Dr Vass will testify we may use them". Sounds like a background dossier .Interesting.

Wow, that was interesting ... does Jose know how Judge Perry is ruling on the decomp gases ? .... And I guess the PI dollars paid for a lot of dirt digging on Dr Vaas but from what Ashton said, there's a lot of it that's background on the lab, etc and not Dr Vaas in particular ....

Am I getting excited too early ... is Judge Perry allowing the decomp composition in ????

I'm more unhappy that they got their way AGAIN...and Cindy was even being smug about it. I just get so tired of them being treated special. They are NOT special. I was really hoping HHJP would be the one to let them know that, and he didn't. I do hope you are right, though. I know they won't last long. I hope he throws them out like he says he will.

I think that come trial time, we will see a very different Judge Perry. Along with keeping the attorneys and witnesses in line, he will do whatever he needs to do to protect the jury from undue prejudicial drama. I trust him because this ain't his first rodeo. There will be no doubt in anyone's mind who is in charge of this trial.
