30 more minutes!!!!

:great: :woohoo: :rocker:

I posted Mark Lippman interview in the InSession Tru-TV thread if you want something to listen to while you wait! LOL

Off for fast shower - wait for me!!!!!!!!

I've gotten excited before--only to have the hearing be a "sidebar" or in the jury room........:maddening::maddening:

However, am curious as to what ICA would be wearing? Perhaps the blues?????:waitasec:

Not until that visitation is denied at ICA's request :)

hello dahhhhlings.

3 years later and this case still roller-coasters all over the place!

happy to be waiting here with my fellow trial watchers. ;)

IMO, I don't feel anyone on either side knew on Monday or knows yet where the location is on Monday.

If anyone knew on Monday, there would have been a motion files ASAP on Monday.

Looking forward to 1:00 PM EDT
bbm

But that's not how Baez and Company operates.
They file everything at the midnight hour.
They found out the location at the last hearing and this is just another example of their waiting till the last second to object.

Thanks Patty G!

Buffet lunch for us:

I'm on a diet so I'll just take a spoonful of EVERYTHING :blushing1:

cnn.com/live has added the hearing, not that I can watch it at work. I was able to see some things earlier this week..I think they relaxed the restrictions for Bin Laden coverage but it seems I can't get streaming media again so updates are appreciated.

slightly OT but I spring cleaned my entire house (including windows) all this week just so that I could have it done by the time the trial starts... and all I have to do now is plant my entire garden this weekend and I am all set~! ((well that and having to stay up all day after working all night but that should be the easy part))

Boy oh boy,I'm jealous,I have not even started,

Hail, hail the gang's all here! :)

I agree that I think most of this hearing will be in the jury room, but I'm really hoping to see Lippman argue his motion and then the DT argue why they want the A's kept out. I hope CA manages to get to the courthouse on such short notice.

You don't happen to have yesterday's IS do you?

I think I do -- just looked, yes I do. Write me inner office mail with what you want specifically and I will try to upload it for you later.
BTW - if anyone really wants something from IS that is not uploaded, write me and tell me ASAP as I delete them to keep space. I know Patty and Misha upload a bunch (how they find time - lol :waitasec:) so check her channel first as it might already be there! That doggie of hers has wicked fast paws!

Be back in time. Going to make a salad with Raspberry walnut dressing. Will bring extra for you guys!

Most of it will probably be behind closed doors, but I'm eager to see which side of the aisle is full of hangdog expressions and sad eyes.

I thought HHMP was going to tell one attorney from the state and one from the defense a week ahead of jury selection, which would have been Monday. This was to give them time to make reservations at a hotel for everyone that would be going to the jury selection location.

I think that by now, at least one per side would know........how can they form an objection if they don't know???

They have to know in order to object.
JB and CM have been busy with those awful media persons this week though.

If the appellate court denies the media's appeal about the non-disclosure of the jury selection location and they appeal to a higher court wouldn't that mean a definite delay in the trial?
The trial can't move forward if there are pending appeals, correct?

I heard about the emergency hearing and RUSHED to the grocery store as I had planned to do later today. I didn't shower or dress nicely or bother with makeup. I did NOT want to miss this one.

Doing the sound checks now!

Hello you usual suspects :)

I'm hoping the visitation motion will be in open court. No reason not to be. Aren't there two motions by Littman? Visitation/recording and sequestration?
