Him saying "if convicted of anything" reminds me...one of her charges is providing false information. She can't claim accident and also say she is innocent of that! She can't have it both ways!

well technically the jury can nullify all of it...

It is very very troubling to me to the sense of without that disclosure whether or not I would allow him to testify further than any other layperson... as to what they had sniffed.... Just telling you... it is very very troubling to me.

JB: By my count we have requested this information in three motions...

JB: You are correct, this court does not have jurisdiction over Oakridge Lab, neither would Tennessee court.... If it's going to guilt or innocence, that person should not be allowed to testify. That's why we brought it up as soon as this court ruled on this issue.

It took almost 3 months to select a jury of 12 & 6 alternates for the Scott Peterson trial. 3 MONTHS!!

JA: For reasons which quite simply elude me, the defense has not requested this information.

CJBP: Whether it's def or pros, if it's something that will aid a little something called due process, then I'd make the call. In the past I've picked up the phone to the FBI years ago and said cut the crap, what will it take to expedite the process... I have NO PLANS to do this again. If I'm gonna err, I'm gonna err on the side of caution.
