Doesn't Baez just remind you of that annoying kid in grade school that constantly tried to suck up to the teacher by reminding him/her of something that they forgot, or had asked "someone" in the class to remind them of?

That kid almost always was the one that got "pantsed" or beaten up on the playground.

What an <unusual person>.

I lost track of this case for awhile and I am surprised his being trusted to carry this trial.

OMG, an actual juror (male) who does not have a hardship. He is diabetic.

I beg to difer, a diabetic is a hardship. Wonder if he's type 1 or 2. All we need is a sugar drop and he's out cold. I'm diabetic, and have to be very diligent in my meds AND my food intake (like every 2 hours). He may be fine, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it's not a hardship.

I just LOVE that HHJP thanked this juror for his military service!!! An aside....when we travel and see military uniforms in the airport...we always encourage the kids to go thank them. Some of the young guys really get emotional.

Hi Missy, Here on the West Coast the Judge is still reading the laws about jury selection and hasn't even started looking at individual jurors. I'd just rather watch it on TV and not the small computer screen. lol

young guy - no hardship - if employer pays for him - he will be ok with serving. This is a good juror.
