Isn't that the classic way you're supposed to respond when you don't want to serve? Just go into the courtroom during selection and say, "Yeah the defendant's guilty." That will get you tossed off the jury 9 out of 10 times. That guy played it perfect.

Judging people is a hardship? I think the juror is confused as to the meaning of hardship. Excused-she more than likely does not support the DP so of course the DT will want her-oh reversal, CM objected, she is not excused!

I have to say I'm surprised that everyone wants off this jury...

I'm just happy that so very FEW seem like they WANT to get on this jury. I've heard a few that I could tell they are just itching to get on this jury.

Yes, Strawberry but it was pretty slight. Her head was tilted to the side a bit - she stayed straight head and the change was very slight. She lifted her chin about half an inch and narrowed her eyes. But face a blank.

I'm not, that is a long time to be away. I would like to be on a jury like this, but to be away for a couple of months would be incredibly difficult on my big old family, both from having me gone and from a monetary perspective.
