Interesting - The SA is giving the dates of this crime from June 15/08 to July 16/08 - not naming a specific date.

count one first degree murder: that casey anthony between june 15th and june 16th did in violation from a premeditated design to effect the death of Caylee Marie Anthony, a human being.

count two: aggrivated child abuse: between the 15th day and the 16 of July, did in violation knowingly and willingly cause permanent harm...by intentially inflicting injury on Caylee Marie...

count three: aggivated manslaughter of a child failed to protect from abuse neglect...

count four : false information to a law enforcement officer.
