I am starting to feel a bit nervous because seeing ICA crying I feel that if I knew nothing about her I would absolutely be feeling sympathy for her right now if I were a potential juror in that courtroom. I just hope the jurors selected will hear the evidence and see what we all see here. God Bless Caylee Marie.

I just have to wonder what is going through the potential jurors minds as he is reading these indictments?

I imagine what most jurors think when they hear "first degree murder". I know I thought "oh, $hit". Pardon my french, but its exactly what I thought.

In the days after Caylee was killed Casey was drinking, dirty dancing and having fun. No tears for Caylee. Now that Casey is at the start of her trial, the tears begin. Not for Caylee but for Casey.

Judge is stating all the counts including false statements to Yuri purposely giving false info to Yuri to obstruct the missing person's investigation. He is stating all of her lies down to her false employement to ZAnny to sawgrass etc. wow.

HHJP: what I am about to read is not evidence. not proof of any guilt. it will be up to you if you were selected as a juror. this is a legal doc only, not any evidence of guilt.

count one first degree murder: that casey anthony between june 15th and june 16th did in violation from a premeditated design to effect the death of Caylee Marie Anthony, a human being.

count two: aggrivated child abuse: between the 15th day and the 16 of July, did in violation knowingly and willingly cause permanent harm...by intentially inflicting injury on Caylee Marie...

count three: aggivated manslaughter of a child failed to protect from abuse neglect...

count four : false information to a law enforcement officer.

Getting so emotional right now. That's RIGHT, Casey! Remember what YOU did to Caylee?

As I suspected- they trained her well. Not ONE single tear for 3 years..........and now in front of her judges, she balls...........Unreal.

Hope these jurors saw all the hearings.... Just so they know the truth.
