That's really curious b/c when my son lost his best friend at age 17 (he was like another one of our children and a very difficult loss) the lights popping, dimming and flickering was something that went on for a long time after his death. It was very strange.

where were all these tears before????? wow! Talk about tainting a jury! The girl hasnt shown one ounce of emotion before, i mean, unless it was about her life being on the line, and now shes got runny nose and cant keep it together. geesh!! If shes crying for real WE all know why, but does the jury???

They will know when the evidence is presented. Don't let her tears for herself worry you. The jurors are putting this on their list of things to remember.

Interesting - The SA is giving the dates of this crime from June 15/08 to July 16/08 - not naming a specific date.

Yes! The indictment covers 31 days. Let's see JB address this within the first seconds of his opening now!! Didn't he say he wold lay that to rest? HAHA!!!!
I figure he plans to say that the 31 days do not have anything to do with the case. LOL with that!!
