Wish the camera would just stay on ICA the whole time while HJBP is reading. I'd love to see her cringe every time he says death penalty.

HHJP: I will now read the laws you will hear at end of the trial.

reasonable doubt and burden of proof. the defenant has put in not guilty. that means you must see her that way.

You can see the "distance" between them now. Wonder why she has turned on him? Probably to torture him, after all she is evil :)

I'm thinking he may have suggested she take a plea deal and she is now pi**ed at him! After all, he is the one who promised her a mistrial. The look on his face this morning tells me he is scared. jmo.

Off topic, sorry.
When my father passed away, lights flickering on and off also happened for a month or so. Lights that NEVER did that before. Very curious indeed!
imo

I believe in that very much indeed -- same thing happened with my mum.

Back on topic. But if that was Caylee Marie, I'm not quite sure what the message was. Maybe one of our psychics can tell.

Hugs,

Mel

Now that right there makes me not fit for the jury. I can NEVER see Casey as not guilty!

ICA does not have to prove her innocence.

HHJP: is giving definition of "reasonable doubt".

Of course! No one has the right to judge her perfect daughter! Why should she give any of them the time of day? What a freaking SNOB! Oh that makes me so MAD!

There is no way CA is ready to hear all of this without breaking down - and she knows it. I think CA is not taking that chance and is waiting for the actual trial to hear any of this. Plus I doubt either of them can take the expense of putting themselves up in a hotel in Clearwater.

What did Judge Perry say? I missed the most of it. ".....if it gets that far."

JB and CM are eyeballin' everyone in that jury pool!

  • #452
is it just me, or does being a citizen, and its rights and responsibilities, really come home when hearing the jury instructions - Any system is flawed, but IMHO, our justice system is something very rare

JB just comes off as being "pizzed to the max" ... the jury will NOT like him.

  • #455
HHJP did say the trial WILL start next Tuesday in Orlando. Now talking about the Guilt phase and the Penalty phase.

I don't know how.

I am anxious/excited to see what "tricks" he has up his sleeve to try and achieve this.

ICA is NOT doodling, or fidgeting NOW. JB looks very, very .... well ..... he's thinking, I am in trouble. CM bail me out.

True, but saying she has better things to do rather than what you said is just crass and rude of her!

The tear show is drivin' me bananas!

I don't know why I expected better.

JB tapping his hands

IF JB really cared about KC......he would offer her his big honkin pocket square instead of allowing her to use sand paper towels from the john.
