It looks like she was told to put her hair up. Seems that is what she was telling someone at the defense table.

Potential juror saying it would cause hardship.

#9 juror #1124 woman

90 yr old mom takes to doc once a month and husband not in best of health - sole caregiver

does admit not severe hardship - can probably work things out - family could not visit so would be hardship

no questions by either side - juror excused for hardship

Potential Juror thinks maybe she could do it. Judge is telling her more about where she would be. there are emergency numbers to contact you, you can talk to family on phone and family once a week can visit you. is it a hardship?

her family can not come. they do not have a good car. she says it will be a hardship. she has been asked to step into hall way for a second.

:blowkiss: Judge Perry

This lady has a closing, Judge Perry said if we have to, someone will FedEx, Fax or drive to get her the paperwork!

This juror is purchasing a home with her children. Just wanted to be sure sure that she could get forms faxed to her.

CM is going to try and question every single juror in order to stretch this process out as long as he can......

Love this prospective juror!

female who is closing on a home, JP says she can be accomodated to do that, CM up-she is in litigation going through a divorce, it is almost complete, wouldn't interfere, wedding at the end of June but isn't a big deal if she doesn't go, no children or elderly persons in her care, employed at a hospital, she will be compensated for jury duty-she's a keeper imo

I like the sound of the present potential juror. Medical professional, childless.

  • #856
He cant hear and he can't see...time to retire :)

  • #857
She is works for a medical center. Bet the DT hates her.

  • #858
Ohhh I want this juror...

  • #859
Is it a problem that this pot juror mentioned to her employer she thought it would take "4 weeks?" It would lead me to believe she had a notion about the trial itself.
