1071 : hardship? childcare agency. only person in his department. working on grants he needs this summer to work with children.

they have had cut backs because of the economy. have had to wear many hats.

Mr. George: what would be the ramifications if you were not there to do your job?

It would be a challenge to have all his obligations met.

CM: asked question.

HHJP: step outside. (no one is speaking)

In all fairness there is a lot skewed in favour of the Prosecution (such as pre-trial coverage, and the fact that most jurors will most likely be retirees, etc favouring the prosecution).

You can't have it all your way. Importantly, regardless of what you think of ICA the whole point of this is to find an impartial jury. Not to do so would not only be unfair to ICA but also the memory of Caylee since justice can only be served with a fair trial and an impartial jury.

Have to agree with ya.

Is anyone keeping track of how many potential jurors have been interviewed? How many have been dismissed for hardship? How many were kept for the second round? TIA

thanks cuz I've been sleeping for the last 2 hours!

Wow perspective folks,

This guy is helping his wife go through infertility treatments to have a child, and Casey is sitting there as a woman who threw hers away. That really puts things in perspective.
