NO NO NO that is NOT true. I followed the peterson case BIG time......I was 5 months pregnant and bawled when the verdict was announced in the aftenoon during the summer....called my mom bawling about it. (only time I ever have in any of these cases) and SEVERAL of th jurors indicated that his LACK of emotion DEFINATELY played into their decision.

Am I forgetting a major detail regarding the post mortem hair banding being DEFINITELY ID'd as Caylee's?

I thought this hair was mitochondrial (sp?) dna'd. Doesn't that just identify it as being "consistent with" Caylee, Casey, Cindy or SP?

ICA on stand: I had to make up a name, so I picked ZFG at random, because they said they would kill my family if I didn't follow the script!

that doesn't explain the hair in the trunk, the smell, the stain, and the air sample.
I can't come up with any story to explain her carefree lifestyle during the 31 days. She must be a fabulous actress to cover so well for how scared she was.

I totally agree with you. I am trying to figure out what the "bombshell" is going to be. MN says she will testify --- Defense says there will be a jaw dropping "bombshell" --- guess I am doing what the defense has been doing for three years...I'm throwing spaghetti

If Casey takes the stand, I think she will blame Caylee's death on one or both of her parents. She has waited three years to tell them off, and that's what she'll do on the witness stand. jmo

But if this is the case.. If one or both of her parents did this why would she not tell OSCO in the begining? Why would she sit in jail 3 years when in fact if this were the case she could of been free? She is not the type of person to protect anyone but herself let alone give up 3 years of partying for her parents. No one in their right mind would believe this. IMO If she takes the stand, she doesn't stand a chance. KC will not make it through the questioning by the prosecutors. She will totally flip out and will never be able to hide her anger. KC will seal her fate right there on the stand.:twocents:

I was relaying what Mark NeJame said in my post. I remember back when the Anthony's were not too happy with Casey's new friends (Tony L, Ricardo M, Amy, etc.) George, in particular, made some very angry and volatile remarks about Tony L in an LE interview (something along the lines of: "Don't get me started about that guy.") Cindy had accused that group of friends of doing drugs and such. I wouldn't be surprised if Casey doesn't come up with some BS about needing to protect herself and her family from some 'bad people' who took Caylee and threatened her. Whatever story she cranks out, I'm sure it will not be at all believable. MOO.

She would not let herself sit and rot and be subjected to the treatment she gets in jail for three years for her parents if there was even one half of a shred of truth to any story she has pointing the finger at them. She would have thrown them under the bus after the first time she was arrested.

No way would she wait three years she would be yelling so loud and sending the detectives in their direction long before now. MOO She does not even like her parents that much to let them not be in jail when she is sitting there year after year. NO way.

In recent weeks, there seems to be a lot of talk about Casey blaming George, so I'm assuming that this is what Casey's testimony will be.

No, she wouldn't sit in jail for three years, if she was innocent. But for the sake of argument, let's say she's guilty. The defense has to come up with some story.

Maybe LE refused to listen to her explanation of what really happened because they were already convinced of her guilt. In recent weeks, there seems to be a lot of talk about Casey blaming George, so I'm assuming that this is what Casey's testimony will be.

No one believed her because she started lying from the get go. She was unconcerned, unemotional about Caylee and she led LE on a wild goose chase. Why would they believe her?
