George and Cindy Anthony plan to file suit and a grievance with the Florida Bar against their former attorney for talking about the family and their high-profile daughter publicly, their current lawyer said Friday.

Mark Lippman told the Orlando Sentinel that Brad Conway made "huge ethical violations" when talking about his former clients in recent days on national television."

Court: Don't fall for fake Belvin Perry websites, Facebook pages
Fake sites named after Casey Anthony judge are popping up, circuit court spokeswoman warns.

Judge Belvin Perry does not want to be your Facebook friend.

In an alert, a spokeswoman for the Ninth Judicial Circuit warned that, despite websites and Facebook pages that have popped up purporting to represent the Orange-Osceola Chief Judge, the real Perry does not have a social media presence.

According to spokeswoman Karen Levey, "there are numerous websites, Facebook pages and the like on the Internet with either the appearance of being created and maintained by Judge Perry, associated with Judge Perry, or in some instances claiming to be an 'official website.'"
