I simply do not care or find anything interesting in the matter of the Anthony parents feeling wronged. Is this matter supposed to be of interest to the public? To me this has nothing to do with the murder of Caylee or Casey's trial, and is a side circus of self-importance. If they feel wronged, why send your attorney to the media? Just shut up, file if they want, and leave us out of it.

Totally agree. Why not just send a letter to him and be done. And it paints them as the world's biggest ingrates after all the work he did for them. They just don't get it. Just keep making themselves look worse and worse to the public.

In my opinion anyone who has subjected themselves to the Anthonys should never be surprised at a lawsuit or any other antics they try. Basically if you are not on the "ANTHONY HAND" (Board of Directors) you are not safe to even have a conversation with them.

From his dealings with the Anthony family, Conway said he had no doubt they are a normal family and he didn’t think anything Casey will say about abuse will stand up.

“But she’s the only one who can do that. They’re not going to verify that,” Conway said. “The jury will have to decide who’s lying and who’s telling the truth.”

I don't see how BC can make these statements without basing his opinion in whole or in part on conversations with the Anthonys that were covered by the attorney-client privilege. His "dealings" with the family. What they will or will not verify.

This case seems to bring out the worst in everyone.

I agree with some of what you are saying.

But remember that not all his "dealings" with the Anthony's were privileged. He was with them in nearly all their public appearances. LKL, CBS, Today Show, etc. and had ample opportunity to form his opinions in non attorney/client privilege settings.

Count me as #2. I'll even stick my neck out and say, IMO, NeJame should do the same. I don't know that either have violated privilege, but IMO they are walking a very fine line.

My perspective is how I would feel if my ex-attorney showed up on tv talking about me like these 2 guys are doing, and I wouldn't like it at all.

As TM stated, anyone who gets involved with the Anthony family gets body slammed...

You all see where the Anthony's priorities lie....it will never change...they have this lopsided, unrealistic way of dealing with everything...avoidance tendencies...as CA wrote to ICA..ignore it and it will go away..

I believe they put themselves in the position they sit...hardly anyone has empathy or sympathy for these parents..they choose to rally behind the one who sits accused and now they will be front and center...CA's rose colored glasses will now appear dark and bleak...what comes around goes around, so I suppose this is their Karma making it's entrance....nothing but distain from me..they should be Caylee's voice...which is why this family will never make it as crime victims advocates...they have forgotten who is the true victim in this crime...JMHO

The A's did make themselves, on their own, public figures. I don't see anything in what BC said that would have A/C Priv. However since BC has had conversations with JB lately I would guess BC was letting the A's know without violating any ethics rules that the bus is coming and they better get their ducks in a row. Guess someone wants their CBS money back.

BC said they were a normal family but they will be portrayed in court as dysfunction and abusive. BC was not stating they are but now since they want to sue for ACP. Most people will think that they are or why would they say their attorney released that private information.

The A's heard BC very clearly and acted immediately but said nothing about what was being said in court by their daughter's attorney. It's already out there out of the mouths of KC's attorneys, part of the public record and apparently they plan to use it. So where is the A's outrage on this one. jmo

And when will they be suing their "perfect" daughter for defamation of character. Brad discussing the legalities of this case from a lawyers perspective vs, ICA claiming her father AND brother crawled into her bed at night - I'm pretty sure the latter is a bit more damaging. I'm sorry but this thoroughly annoys me. They just can't sit on their hands until this trial is over. It always has to be something.

Yes! I didn't see a memorial. I saw it as a way for Cindy to throw a party just to ban people from attending. It was like she was in high school again and she relished in the idea of telling people: No, you can't come.

I'd never hire her for coordinating anything for my family:crazy:. She just sensationalized the whole ball of wax. The memorial could have been done without the script, lights, camera and action, I never saw anything remotely related to grace and dignity for Caylee leading up to and of course after the memorial, but those words are not in her vocabulary. It was all done for show just like everything else she has done.:maddening:

They also, in a round about way, threw their own CEO down, by telling a lot of her friends what her personality was like-thought their family business was personal ? calling in theft of a car when it was not stolen,, and by a little coporate hostile takeover ie Caylee's pre funeral-burial vs cremation and jewerly, a little heavy handed persuasion while having those CEO/Board conferences in jail (personally, I think these were staged as well, they knew everything was recorded). :banghead::loser:

I don't know why they'd go after BC. Dysfunction Junction reared it's ugly head with the start of the 911 calls and went into overdrive when all were privvy to every LE interview, tv interview-Highlight? Of course the infamous ZFG Depo. Remember the sly anonymous caller re the dates "somebody" saw Caylee, this "unknown person" called it in about the change in the Caylee's sighting dates ie June 9 ? A definate cya moment. Looks like Mommy and Daddy of the alledged " Baby Killer " is not liking what they are having to do ( taint their reputations even more into a new area of deprivity ) to try to see that there is no Justice for Caylee. Warnings to all to be on the lookout for the lashing out that is due to follow.......also keep an eye out for the " greedy - money grubbing tentacles that will be exploring every avenue to make more money off their dead grand-daughter and her murderer! Turning on Conway after all he did for them, just shows once again how they use people ......guess anyone can be " thrown away like trash ".....JMO

How special of them and so totally like them.
They have spewed suspicion on JG, AH, and the imagiazanny. So far, all have remained quiet and have not threatened to sue them. Why? I don't know. Maybe it is because most folks are not letigious and have respect for the system.
CA and GA are not cut from this mold. At every turn they express outrage to all but their precious little ICA. My question is WHAT ABOUT CAYLEE???
That little girl requires justice and loving, nondillusional, grandparents. It is almost as if they have discarded her with their trash talk and threats.
These are not loving people...they are people loving the spotlight and the money fame, on the back of little Caylee, has brought them.
