You aren't alone.:waiting: When I spotted BC sitting behind Baez this week a few thoughts went through my head:whistle: Seriously, what business did he have? He isn't representing anyone, he isn't posing as a legal analyst and he seemed eager to distance himself from Baez back in October when all of the LB hit the fan.

There is NO reason for him to be there other than self aggrandizement or some way of making money.

I think according to the 'Son O sam" laws she can still profir until she is actually convicted.

Well as an indigent defendant she is obligated to disclose any income.

You must have missed his big "CMA" speech and how he kept kissing the bracelet on his wrist.

Lee, normal? :rocker:

Let's just say he's been smart not appearing in front of the cameras lately, except when compelled to in court.

Yah, where he doesn't even bother to shave for court and shows up in a polo shirt and jeans and constantly giggles.

Normal? For a courtroom? I think not!

MOO of course.

Interesting. About 16:15 in this video - It is mentioned that the Anthonys are no longer going to sue BC.

he he...cuz I think he has a lot more on them then they do on BC :) Ahhhh...what happens behind closed doors doesn't always stay that way when you threaten to sue! You know, depositions and all!

:great:

Well as an indigent defendant she is obligated to disclose any income.

If I recall correctly, she can sign Power of Attorney to anyone and they can receive funds on her behalf (legal eagles correct me if I'm wrong). In short, she can leak info to "whomever" - they sell it, they receive the income, and ICA doesn't (in a roundabout way). Maybe the funds will later go into a "Free ICA Appeal Fund"

Not sure if I'm making any sense or not :)

With Hollywood celebrities taking up her cause, like that piece of human waste, Mumia Abu Jamal?

Associate with the A's and sooner or later they are going to perceive something you say or do as a betrayal. I do feel for BC, I thought he went above and beyond for them and this of course is his reward. I still remember CA storming out of the deposition leaving poor BC in her wake trying to catch up. Not a pretty picture but with the A's, what is?

IMO one of the A's threatened to sue me on another website about 2 years ago. It was before Caylee's body had been found and I was posting that I believed ICA had something to do with her disappearance, I wasn't buying the nanny story and someone came on and said CA was going to sue me for saying so. The way it was said, and some of the people the poster was saying they knew or had met made me think this person was way on the inside of this investigation and very possibly one of the A's. Of course that suit was never filed. :)
