says yes.. and rehashes facts if it could be duplicated. He issued a 20 page order (most are 2 pages). they will challenge it on appeal anyway.. anyway....(this will appeal folks nurse comment)

THIS CASE WILL BE TAUGHT IN LAW SCHOOL FOR YEARS TO COME... there were cases where fingerprints, dna, etc were first used..
