As per press release...."they ARE trademarking"....as in, "going to...."

as opposed to "HOLD the trademark.....as in "we already did"....

Talking about 1319 - the "judgment lady". NG says she can't stay on the jury and asking why she isn't gone. Well duh, NG - we know why she isn't gone.

There was a guy today that said he was smoking something? That's what Robin (NG reporter on the scene) just said. Huh?

I do recall seeing a quote in a post on a Jury Selection thread...or was it a tweet?.....but I do recall seeing something about this, just cannot recall exact quote...

Ray Guidice: 8 is a good number for alternates, could even have 10, don't want to lose the 12th juror.

Mark Nejame: 5-6 is his prediction; can't risk only having 2 or 3.

NG talking about every time the Judge gets 12, defense uses challenge/strike, keep getting down to 11.

I didn't realize it was looking that bad to get a jury. Experts keep saying at least eight alternates needed.

my problem is that the Anthony grandparents even have the TIME or INCLINATION to SUE. Why aren't they at jury selection..

they DID FIGHT to be able to be there..

so WHERE ARE THEY?????
