I can't believe they are going to have these jurors "smell" air from the trunk. What happens if some of the puke? I think that's a very strange thing to require of a jury and to do in a courtroom.

there is NO WAY to get all the justice for caylee shirts gone...
never...

TL's attorney! :blowkiss:

atty for TonE says he could be called for either side... he is gonna get up there and tell the truth

  • #65
TL's attorney - he does expect TL to be called to the stand. They don't know what the defense is going to be - he is just going to get up there and tell the truth.

NG: GA and CA trademarking Caylee's image and name - what
would you have to do y to get a trademark
Ray:Better if they get a restraining order, to do with Victims rights
NG: doesn't think that would work

TL's attorney: TL will be called by either side, not sure what the defense is going to be but he is going to get up there and tell the truth

NG now discussing air canisters from car trunk; how one lab doctor jumped back smelling it.

NG asking legal panel about trademarks, RG suggests restraining order against everyone manufacturing items with Caylee's name.

NG asking Keith if he expects his client (AL) to be called as a witness. Yes, he does, it could be either side who would want information from him. He's just going to get up there and tell the truth.

Caller: don't you think it would be hard to seat an impartial jury anywhere in the country?

Marc Klaas: you'll find people who can set aside their beliefs and be impartial; won't find anyone who hasn't heard anything.

MK saying they can find people who can set it aside.. thinks judge is doing a wonderful job and hopes he forges ahead

me too mark

too bad defense already struck most of the people who NEVER heard of the case...

my point exactly.

they argue to be there and then are not.

Mark Klaas says he cannot believe they are not there.

my problem is that the Anthony grandparents even have the TIME or INCLINATION to SUE. Why aren't they at jury selection..

they DID FIGHT to be able to be there..

so WHERE ARE THEY?????

Too cheap to pay for petrol and parking, too busy trying to sue everyone.:banghead:

Some of the shirts with KC's image, I can see where's they'd have a leg to stand on-- but, "Justice for Caylee" has been a common phrase for a few years now. Can they do that? There's no creative license, no originality-- plus, there's a lot of Caylee's in the world. jmo

OT but Richard Hornsby's blog today is partly about the cans of carpet with THE smell coming in. I hope JA reads his blog...

I don't think they want to be perceived as impacting or interfering in Jury selection but will be there for the actual trial ... IMO.

NG: complicated evidence for this jury, but don't Dr's always have to explain things to people that don't have medical degree
Dr. Dorothey Wiggins :yes we do that everyday, think any physician should be able to take care of that for a jury

  • #78
NG talking to medical panel about breaking down diagnosis, etc. into layman's terms for family members to understand - comparing it with scientific testimony upcoming during trial.

The end.

Agreed. Justice for Caylee should be a term in the public domain.

Justice for Caylee.
