I've only just now managed to step back in...Can someone give a brief recap? The struck 6 pjs?

The squirrel my dad hit with my car that I never paid for was THIS BIG! I love vanilla. Have the prices of RV's gone up? How many days are in May? When this is over, let's all get matching tatoos!

The many faces of Eve....boy this young woman must have some serious mental issues...she can't decide WHO she is....although the mental issues isn't enough to get her an insanity defense, she sure has some issues going on that have been evident from day 1...to be in that silly little head..wondering what the heck makes it tick.....JMHO

Justice for Caylee

I dont think pink is ICA color. It doesnt soften her like it is supposed to. Yesterday she looked better but really I would like to see her in a chokingly tight rope.

Her actions in court are extremely disturbing.

I think so too, but I am now seeing what CM describes as a "girl". She is acting as if she is in Jr. High. Passing notes in class to her best beau. Upset and having a hissy fit because he's not paying enough attention to her. Complaining that she does not have a chair like his (which you can see on the video where he tells her she is acting like a 2-yr-old) followed by JB and CM having switched to the smaller chairs the following day to appease her. They may have to give in to her to keep her from overly acting out (temper) which now makes sense with the A's. We really don't know what KC is capable of but I have a feeling we will begin to find out. She could have been way out of control and the A's were not able to reign her back in. GA as much as said it himself.

KC is also in a control struggle with her guard. The guard appeared to have told her let's go this morning at the break and KC kept herself busy at the table but the guard pushed it. KC was not happy. I think they are starting to clamp down on her so it may get interesting before the day is through. I don't think the guards are in any mood to put up with her attitude. jmo

I see what you are saying, but I don't think anything they do can make Casey act normal. And, I think anyone on the jury will be as put off by her on day three as we are after all this time. But, I do see what you are saying. I don't think I can really hold back my opinions, tho'... :innocent:

:cow:

I'll never forget..in the FBI questionnaire, the part he did out loud, he asked CA if ICA has inappropriate emotions and she said no, she's never just cried for no reason. She just didn't get it! What about NOT crying when she should! I will never understand how her parents didn't see that her behavior is bizarre!

zoey,
the weather here in michigan is the same and it is driving me crazy! I think my wandering jew baskets are like "wtf! why did you take me from the greenhouse" I am just about ready to knit them little sweaters ;-)

Feeling your pain nursebeme! But at least my wandering jew (DH) isnt on my case to get the outside work done, instead of being glued to this trial.

Oh, I know! I agree...it was done with pure and syrupy sarcasm...LOL!

She won't be able to fake it through the trial...soooo, just another reason for a last minute guilty plea...take a plea for LWOP. Get this over with. JMO

I am sure CM could care less, he may want to get on with it so he can retire.

Well at the rate JB is going he will have used up his $250,000 in traveling, hotel and food expenses..................... :)

Good Morning! I guess the theme for today would be
"And Then There Were Eleven".
What a shame that all of those people got sent home.:(

I hope we don't get to "And then there were None" and have to start all over again.

If her behavior is supposed to be "bluster", an I-don't-care-if-you-guys-think-I'm-guilty-cuz-I'm-not deal, or an attempt to portray confidence, it's total FAIL. (I could see them thinking so, given JB's shamefully clown-ish cockiness and attitude, as he seems to use it in an attempt to cover his bungling. But again, if it is, it is WAY off the mark.)

You think KC and the DT would recognize that many, many people have a poor view of KC. Unfortunately for all of them, this is mainly JB's fault, as he was more than a bit of a media-hound (I have a much less flattering term, but don't want to be given a time out). So, yeah, on JB's part, another total FAIL.

That being said, it would behoove them to coach their client to appear calm, cool and collected. To show that she recognizes this is SERIOUS, this is in regard to the death of a child - HER child - and should also be a time for sadness. She can be angry about being accused, but should be nothing other than serious and restrained.

because to this dysfunctional family it wasn't bizarre behavior.

Quit talking about her inappropriate behavior! Darn it all, they're going to keep reading our comments and make her practice being a legit caring person! :great: Then she'll have her faux grieving act down by the time she gets in front of a jury, when it actually matters!

We need code for her "awesome" behavior...how she's such a concerned, grieving mother who lost her child...and doesn't know what happened!

:truce:

P.S. Baez and DT: You're welcome for all her feedback from people who actually "get it."

You are soo right..and letting them know the mikes are on ....."Please remain seated" was my code for that LOL

I heard JCasares say last night, it's the attorney's responsibility to get her clothes...so she believes it's the DT who are picking her clothing out..seems they have done a better job than CA...JMHO

I wonder about the clothing.
The clothes ICA wears to court are IMO not from her closet.
Is there a Clothing allowance? Is someone buying the clothes..new, used?
IMO we are seeing a slight transformation in Casey's appearance.

My DH has only 3 more work days and then has 11 days off . . . he has informed me that he's cracking the whip and we are getting outside work done (OOOOOHHHHH NNNNOOOOOOO!) I am trying to figure out if our satellite radio is picking up any of the stations carrying the hearing live . . . I probably can't watch but I might be able to listen. (anyone know if that is an option)

we'll have to wait and see
