Okay, I have to get this off my chest. Have y'all ever watched those little girl pageant shows? And the trainers teach the girls that when they walk to make "pretty hands"? They have their arms at their sides, and hold their hands out to each side, instead of straight down as is natural.

I swear Casey's defense team brought in one of those pageant coaches to teach her to make pretty hands when she walks instead of doing her strut.

Okay I'm done.

I noticed that as well but yesterday when she walked she seemed to be holding her right arm kinda funny. It looked like her arm was in a sling (without the sling) all crooked and up in the air. I wondered what was up with that.

Interesting. I was talking with a younger attorney a few months ago about a rape trial he lost. (He is a defense attorney, loses a lot of jury trials, just saying.) He said he tries for an all male jury b/c he thinks they would vote not guilty more than female. I looked at him like he was nuts. I know this is not a rape case, however, men don't like women killing their children any more than women do. Maybe dislike it more so b/c they will not get the "frustrated, poor, can't take it, too young to be a mom" angle. JMO

What are they doing right now? I just got back from dropping the kiddo's off at school and i'm 6-7 threads behind..I had the most heavy heart today watching those cute little 5 year olds going to school today...thinking Caylee should have been doing the same right now...

Yes they can and are encouraged to do so, the court gives them notebooks. In some trials jurors fill multiple notebooks. IIRC the court collects these notebooks at the end of a trial, jurors are not allowed to take them home as "souveniers".

When I served on a jury (civil case), our notebooks were handed to us when we were seated each day and retrieved before we left the courtroom.

I just hope they're watching a live feed for this part so they can see exactly what we see in ICA's behavior.

They are waiting for jurors to get there. They aren't late, they were told to come this afternoon. Now they have been asked to come earlier.

You know how usually when picking a juror each side in hindsight got one wrong. I think 1319 is that one. I think the DT when the trial is over will learn that this juror readily voted Guility and for DP. You watch and see...the SA will be shocked also.

I will be very happy if we just get a guilty of 1st degree,really doesn't matter if it's the death penalty as long as it's LWOP,for a 25 year old the thought of never getting out of jail EVER has got to be horrible.

ICA is thinking how easily AF's phone would fit into her pocket. I'd be worried if I were AF, her phone bill would be astronomical if ICA got ahold of it!

Just think how many hours of phone calls and texting ICA needs to make up for...surely all of her friends will understand and forgive her after JB explains everything in the first 90 seconds!

They've seen it but refuse to acknowledge it in public...this shouldn't be a surprise to them...they have all admitted to something or another--but are a forgiving bunch with her on trial....

Notice how empty the courtroom is? I hope it is like that when the trial begins in Orlando so I get a seat. With all the publicity, I haven't seen much hoopla in the courtroom. There are no courtroom junkies lining up outside waiting for a seat.
