Between my need for coffee, tinkletorium, my cell has been going off for the past 10 minutes ! Morning ALL !

LDB is doing a really good job of informing the jury. Did anyone else hear that we are not seeing the photos that are being put up in the courtroom? Evidently they showed the last known pic of Caylee when LDB was discussing this and the last pic of her little skull with the tape on it, when LDB was talking about the next time she was seen.

WOW. My heart is thumping so hard. How on earth can JB defend any of this? And ICA shaking her head no no no no no no no through almost all of the opening SA statement.

that is pure, unadulterated brilliance of the state to show the living pics of caylee with the autopsy ones. they will never ever unsee that tape and they will never, ever believe it was an accident or a coverup.

Ok so the side by side photos of Caylee (last known pic of her alive and the skull) is that where she started crying? I had no idea until just now that they showed these photos.
Will we get to see them?

Are they REALLY so uninformed?? Or are we WSers just so much more savvy?

Mike Brooks on IS saying that all jurors had steno pads but few notes were being taken...jurors were riveted to what LDB was saying.

I'm glad most didn't seem to be taking notes yet. OS are not evidence and the jury shouldn't treat them as such. I do hope to hear more note taking takes place when testimony and evidence begins though.

We all needed a break. My stomach is in knots and I feel sick. I can't imagine how those jurors feel, seeing those two pictures together!

IMHO Your Honour is going to make every effort to make sure the jurors are comfortable. Us too!

Is that who that is? I'm not usually home for IS and just read the updates here. OT I had to tell my mom I'm home since she walks my dog. I told her I didn't feel well and was tired (not really a lie). She says she's glad I'm taking care of myself...and I feel guilty!!!!!! How in the world ICA could tell all those blatant lies is beyond me!!

So the jurors have seen the duct tape wrapped around Caylee's skull?? O.M.G. I wonder what is going through their minds right now?? How heartbreaking!

Having served on a murder trial jury, and having seen autopsy photos in opening arguments I can say that I was in a fog. You can't discuss what you have seen, but you can hug each other and cry over your shock together. My guess is that's what's going on behind closed doors. That and bathroom breaks.

I don't think they will play the tapes until they have a witness to question about them... but the last one is very powerful so who knows.
