I noticed that when JB made the "Pe*is in the mouth" comment, KC broke down even more.

I did not perceive this reaction as the emotion of KC recalling an event or hearing it aloud....but instead...SHOCK that JB actually took creative license with the story and "went there".

JB, fond of his soundbites...needed a shocker and this was it. In his mind "pe*is trumped pool".

I was nervous this morning. Now the ONLY thing I'm worried about is that this case may have to be re-tried due to ineffective council - incompetent attorney.

Mark NeJames saying he doesn't know if the Defense can rebound from this - today was so horrible.

I agree with him.

Yet, on HLN, the TH lawyers are saying that LDB's OS were a snoozefest - boring - monotone.

That Baez was much more animated.

Sheesh. I gotta get the cable guy out for a sound-check, cuz I heard the exact opposite.
