I am at work and so thankful for all of you guys giving these fantastic descriptions of what is going on in the court room.

I tried to type this quickly enough to get it in the trial thread but I wasn't fast enuf. May I ask a favor? If we do get to have Tony on the stand today, would someone please get a screen shot of Casey when she sees him? I am so anxious to see her physical reaction to his presence. Thank you!

Yesterday and last night after watching some of that ... unpleasant stuff on HLN and such...I was beginning to think I was seriously stupid.

I, in no way, think JB did a good job. In fact, after reading Valhall over at the HinkyMeter, her take was exactly how I feel. That opening by JB was a bunch of jibberish.

But I guess it is all in the eye of the beholder. I kinda like my brown eyes.

I only caught one of the clips on the morning shows this morning...CBS. That guy said he watched it with a group and everyone noticed the big hole in JBs theory that he didn't splain how Caylee got duct tape on her face and thrown in the woods. He said "he even seemed to imply that RK took her there and staged a scene". He said JB was pointing fingers at everyone except his client. AND LKB wasn't on. So CBS is now my morning station.

OT alert but my basement is flooooooding! and dh is deployed for the summer! brand new carpet completely ruined in the man cave!!!!!!!

I have to say I am not getting a whole lot of value of the shot girls. They seemed to like Casey, thought she was nice and friendly, etc...so I guess the main point is they did not notice a change in her. But JB has already indicated she will never react to things like a normal person so if the jury has bought into the abuse, they may not be as shocked as the state had hoped...

Does anyone know the relevance of Casey telling the shot girls how to dress? The SA keeps asking about that and keeps getting negative replies to his questions so I'm really wondering.

As a bartender in a club, it is the manager's responsibility to make sure the shot girls are properly dressed. We have uniforms at the club I work at for the shot girls and waitresses. They are short skirts, black knee highs and purple corsette's. I know that our manager is very strict on the uniforms.

LOL - my sisters in TX who have never followed this are texting me with questions now - esp. the molestation issue.

Go figure huh? My son & daughter-in-law stopped last night and just as I went to give them the details about the days events in court - events that they typically care nothing about and constantly ask why I follow these "dreary" cases - they said, "We already know." Both of them watched the proceedings at work on the internet - I couldn't believe it!

Oh honey - that is just horrible. I hope your homeowners insurance covers it for you guys. Brand new carpet - that sucks big time.
