Silly question and a bit off track, saw LK Baden this a.m. on The Today Show. She made a remark that the "bones were never tested for drowning." I thought how do you test bones for drowning? If the DT plans on stating anything as such, is there a way bones would show drowning? I don't think there is, but I am not a medical examiner.

No you need soft tissue to verify something like a drowning. LKB speaks with a forked tongue and out of her.........

Roy Kronk's attorney, David Evans, issued a statement on Kronk's behalf just before noon.
"Yesterday the Casey Anthony defense team, in its opening statement, suggested that Roy Kronk was somehow involved in the placement and disposition of the remains of Caylee Anthony. This defense theory regarding Mr. Kronk is completely false. The suggestion that Mr. Kronk took possession of Caylee's remains is totally lacking in logic or explanation. It did not happen," the statement said.

I think it may have worked the way Baez wanted it to. By not being jealous, it establishes that Casey wasn't perceived as being slutty or loose.

The problem with a "yes" answer to the jealousy question is that it opens the door for Casey being characterized as one who might sleep with just about anyone.

The thing that really freaks me out about Jose is that I think Casey really has him believing the carp she is feeding him about all of these things- I could hear it in his voice yesterday when he spoke of the sexual abuse and today when he questioned Maria K about being jealous. It is so shocking to me, and it sheds a whole new light on Jose, IMO. It'd be one thing to be using this stuff to get Casey off, but to actually believe this stuff, and be surprised when it doesn't work... I would seriously like to know what his IQ is, or at least I know his emotional IQ is low, if not virtually non existent. No offense to any one out there with a low IQ- I'm just dumbfounded?

I'm agnostic and normally I'd agree but IMO, if it's giving GA the strength to do what he did yesterday and what he'll need to keep on doing, then I think we should let him be.

Okay, but the defense had their own medical examiner examine the bones... if they knew it was an accidental drowning... why didn't they have the bones tested for drowning... if that is even possible??

I knew this was the case, but nice to see the attorney for Roy Kronk coming forward with a statement.

I'm taking that this was done either while or after Ms. Kisk? was on the stand? She's a extremely attractive young lady, and certainly knows how to dress. Maybe ICA wants to change her "I'm the young abuse victim" look to "I'm a credible young professional" look. The DT got it wrong, the 'jealousy' issue should be the other way around.

Considering all the mumbling she was doing while Ms Kisk was on the stand, I agree. She is the one who looked jealous. I was surprised Ms Kisk was not able to continue when she brought up her fear of leaving Cayllee alone.

I truly don't believe he does...but will project it --- However, I would be concerned if I were him on how quick she can turn...there were a lot of unaccounted for "alone" moments they spent and ............I"m just saying

Don't know if this has been mentioned but was just wondering ... ...has the DT known from the outset what a "spinner of truth" KC is or are they just now finding it out as they go along? I mean, I KNOW they know she lied about SOME things in the beginning but some of them have had 3 years to hear "her side" of things; did they believe her or just go along to give them something to work with?
From all that we have seen it seems that she is their little darlin'.
I'm not sure how to say what I really mean.

Okay thinking about the car, trying to figure it out, could she have possibly buried the baby in the backyard, prior to the 18th, then dug her up and moved her to the wood site? At that time there would have been some decomp? Anyone here w/ideas that correlate to the timeline?

The medical examiner can test the bone marrow of a suspected drowning victim and if he sees a large number of diatoms then he might conclude that the victim died of drowning.
