At this rate, I think the SA is going to call every dang person in that bar. And what's with all the "special" breaks. I take it that means smoke breaks? Nothing personal, but I don't even know anyone who smokes anymore. Kinda like what suprises me most about Top Chef, all those Chef's smoke - how in the world do they taste the food properly.

Just thinking out loud here. ICA took it upon herself to be the queen shot girl for which she wasn't paid? It's so obvious, she wanted to be a part of this nightlife style. But, why and how did she become the shot queen all these young ladies went to?

I realize that but what's the relevance to Casey? It seems that the SA keep hoping that the girls will say that she did and they keep saying no she didn't play that part. Even if she did tell them how to dress it would be part of the position that she took upon herself to play as shot girl manager.


So is the answer that they are looking for the ones that the shots girls are giving which is "No Casey never told me how to dress" or are they are they expecting a yes and aren't getting it and what difference does it make anyway?

I think they are trying to establish that Casey was even lying to these girls when she said she was their boss. That she had any say in anything. That she was only playing a role... like she always does.

I have to say I am not getting a whole lot of value of the shot girls. They seemed to like Casey, thought she was nice and friendly, etc...so I guess the main point is they did not notice a change in her. But JB has already indicated she will never react to things like a normal person so if the jury has bought into the abuse, they may not be as shocked as the state had hoped...

I think the state is trying to show several things here with these girls. They are showing how she "mothered" these total strangers and acted as their protector. Perhaps she did this to assuage some of her guilt? Also showing the extreme lengths she was going to for tony in trying to please him. I am beginning to think it's another susan smith situation.

I know it has been debated endlessly but I have never heard of someone googling "shovel" for instance,even if they wanted to buy a shovel. Woudn't you just go to Home Depot site or something? It just makes no sense at all to me. Everyone knows what a shovel is, what it does, etc...

And once again, I have to hope my computer is never taken in for any serious forensic study...

first time kc ran out of gas . . . don't remember which statement it was that TL gave . . . a lot of things going on at the time . . .

JB says he needs 20 more minutes for Cross . . . They will bring TL back tomorrow. They will recess for the evening . . . .Jurors have agreed to work on witness on Memorial Day . . . building is scheduled to be closed . . . has to check with the county re: budget. Other factors . . . 3 other budgets affected . . . don't know if witnesess are available. . . HHBP doesn't think they will be bored on Monday . . .planning activities . . . unless they chose to confine to whatever hotel they are staying at. Good evening . . . .
