For those of us who are at work and cannot watch or listen to the coverage, we are relying on this thread to find out what's going on with the trial and witness testimony. Can you please keep the opinions and observations on Casey's appearance or the appearance of the witnesses and other personal banter to another thread? Please!!!!

When JB asks "where you there when Caylee drowned" I wish a witness would say, "This is the first I've heard of this 'drowning'!"

Me too. I wish one of them would say "Drowned?, Excuse me? <confused look> I have no idea what you are talking about".

Yeah he should be explaining how this all fits into the aha-ness of his opening statement. Seems like he's going against his own grain here and trying to have it both ways.

Having it both ways seems to be the DT's raison d'etre. They want you to believe she lied about the nanny and the job because of sexual abuse (I think?) but they want you to believe she's not lying about the abuse. They want you to believe that the SA can't prove the cause of death, but they want you to believe them when they say drowning is the cause of death. :cow:

House moved out 2 weeks before Cindy showed up to get ICA.

House and TonE had a falling out, ICA tried to get them back together, like a good girlfriend. Would text House asking him to join she and TonE.

It didn't work, but they eventually resolved their issue.

Never had any contact with ICA.

Never heard her mention anythin about Caylee missing, hurt, etc.

It didn't really seem like she had any friends, besides Amy and Ricardo if no one wanted to go out she glommed onto these other guys who were mainly focused on promoting their own business. IMO she thought hanging out with club promoters and musicians was the same as clubbing, but it's not, it's a job, y'know? She couldn't even handle being a real promoter because it seems like would just mass-text or myspace about some event, put on a dress and call it a day. IMO- Haha I do kind of love it that she was hanging around all these guys with these shiny new Macbook Pros and she's got her old HP laptop, she probably tried really, really hard to put on airs. I mean, who has a "nanny" in this day and age? All the rich people have au pairs

If Baez asks everyone if they were at the Casey's house on June 16 when Caylee drowned, the SA should just ask the witnesses first if they were at the house on June 16 (leave out the drowning part).

Casey has been sitting stone-like for several minutes during this sidebar. WFTV keeps going to a close-up and I have to look closely at the stripes in her blouse to make sure she's breathing. At first I thought it was a still shot they kept putting up ~ But it's not. . . . She's either entranced or detached.

I know - I refreshed a couple times. I thought I was frozen!

Sneaking in from work, I can't hear anything so thanks to all of you posting.

This poor boy looks like he is worried to death and has not slept. This is weighing on him. Wish I could hear him.

Don't worry about JB's drowning question, and further implications of such. Either way KC will get years in jail. (If Caylee drowned on her watch, if KC murdered her.) The jury will see through it all. They will compare notes, thoughts, evidence during deliberation.

Aren't these questions kind of pointless, once the defense admitted Caylee drown and was dead? Casey knew Caylee wasn't missing. JMO, but the prosecutor needs to change his tactics.

I am at home and watching on t.v. and this is driving me nuts too. It has nothing to do with this trial. It is just taking up space and time to read through it.imo
