I've got a horrible feeling that DT is going to say there was no change in her behaviour because she was so traumatised by the so-called accidental death of Caylee, that she blocked it all out and just carried on as normal.

It beggars belief, but I think they may go down that route. :banghead:

No. She's one of Tony's friend's former girlfriends. Very professional and credible, IMO. One of the very few who had mature insight into Casey at the time. She said in her deposition that Casey neglected Caylee.

Yeah, IIRC she's the one who said that KC left Caylee alone out on the balcony and worried her so much.

Maria Kissh . . (very nicely dressed in a gray suit jacket & skirt & light blue ruffled , blouse. She works for a retail company for a little over a year, Went to U of FL majored in Poly Sci, in 2008 she was working for a man who running for county office . . .paying job. May & June 08, traditional work hours 9-5, sometimes a little later, I lived Kissimmee @ the time Oseola Co. Clint House & I were dating May - July 2008. Never lived together, met KC out somewhere . . . at a party atmosphere . . . I was introduced thru Clint . . the girl that TL was seeing @ the time. I had met TL several times & NL, at some point met Caylee @ TL's apt. I just gone over there to meet up w/CH, knocked on the door and Caylee answered the door . . . I knew who she was . . . I said Hi how are you . .. when you first entered the apt . did you see defendant? No I didn't . . . she came from TL's room. spent less than 1/2 hour with Caylee, I spent 15 - 20 minutes of that time w/Caylee. I had seen her come out of the room for a minute . . .she went back into TL's room (objection . .. overruled)
You left w/your boyfriend . . . CH was doing something else, I was sitting on balcony, CH was ready to go, I felt uncomfortable . . . didn't want to leave Caylee alone. Objection . . . approach

Witness had maternal insticts toward Caylee. Didn't want to leave her alone on the balcony so she stayed out there with her.

Compared to her own mother who left her little body all alone in the woods.

I think he is allowing the questions because JB is trying to get across that they have no relevance to his story...as is they were not there...they do not know anything...and therefore lets get them out of here....however, they are there for the states side sooo....i dont know...MOO i guess.
