Matt Crisp, iirc.

Thank you, that was it. Now if I could just find a video of his snort of derision at Cheney Mason at the end of the day...

Does this mean we will finally get to see GA's GJ testimony? Impeaching him works for the defense. One of the lawers on IS said DT needs to prove GA is a liar since nobody believes Casey as she's a proven liar that's where she gets it from.

The DT hasn't seen the GJ testimony either. So they are hoping beyond hope that they find something, anything to impeach GA with. I'm thinking we won't hear anything more about this unless the defense finds something.

We all know Cindy and George's address, and we know how to write.

None of us were raised by perfect parents, and none of us have been perfect parents. We should send them our funny stories of how we got smacked, and be honest about some of our youthful curiosity at our opposite siblings' nether parts.

Let them know that they did their best as parents, and we feel their pain, for there but the Grace of God, we could go.

Ask them to support and love one another, and to let Casey go. They have done all they can, and God can take care of the rest.

Make it a priority to put a short note of support in the mail by Saturday. That is, if you agree with me that they could use a little support from the general public, who loved Caylee, and respect everything they did, as grandparents, to shelter her, provide for her, teach her, and help to raise her.

I've been doing that just short of 3 years!

Hi, Cloud9, the defense brought it up, but to a person of my generation, this joking reference shows that "chloroforming" is something that men and women of Casey's generation freely talk about. It is something outside my Baby Boomer mindset.

I'm an old bag; 56. :floorlaugh:

I've just seen these kinds of graphics from many online who would never kill kids. :)

I was thinking about the look on JP's face when he was talking about the "activites" he has planned for the jurors for this weekend. He looked like a little boy with a big secret. I'm sure he treats them very, very well and probably spends alot of time trying to make sure they are as comfortable as possible. I would love to know at the end of all this mess just what all lengths he did go to for them. I also love the way he says "Tuesday" TOOS-dey. I love him.

That's so cute. It's just like any other job, if your employees are happy they will produce more and better work. It's great he is trying to keep them entertained. They need to come back to court refreshed and ready to put their listening hats on.

OK - just to let you all know the level of my obsession.....we had to leave work early due to bad weather. So on my 30 min drive home, my daughter had her phone up to the speakers and I had my phone on speaker LISTENING to the end of the day.

I seriously am going to have to have an intervention after this trial.

If I were the SA and JB got to get TL to say LA or GA abused her I would redirect and say: What did she tell you about her job again? Her car? Where did she say Caylee was again? Where was she attending school again?

The DT hasn't seen the GJ testimony either. So they are hoping beyond hope that they find something, anything to impeach GA with. I'm thinking we won't hear anything more about this unless the defense finds something.

The judge will read it first, I bet the defense never gets to see it.

The state is going to use those letters to RA to show more lies trumped up by Casey. JG said ICA told him Lee sexually abused her. Never up until now did Casey make any claims of sexual abuse by George. She wrote in the letters to RA that she was having dreams and thought she was remembering things that maybe her father had done the same thing when she was very young. The repressed memory syndrome is what I think she's trying to allude to. Remember JB made no objections about those letters being released and this is why. Surely the penis in her mouth crap was for shock value and she was old enough to remember that contrary to what she wrote to RA. Wait till they get started on Cindy. Casey claimed she wasn't believed by CA and called a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

If she had repressed memory then this defense would do her NO GOOD. The DT theory is that BECAUSE OF the abuse she was afraid of George and had PTSD type of reactions.

Those letters were written while she was in jail. SO IF SHE HAD NO MEMORY OF THE ABUSE THEN, then she had no memory of the abuse in June 16th. So the DT theory makes no sense.

I am looking for a thread discussing the late testimony of TL this evening without the jury present.....is there one that I am missing???

CM calling for a mistrial. At least this answers me question of why the defense offered this accident/ drowning/ cover/up/ abuse scenario.
Wonder what he has up his sleeve for RK?

What??? He is?

Three times, that I can recall, today, Jose Baez tried to use deposition testimony or statements to LE out of context to try to make witnesses sound like they were changing their stories when they weren't.

He tried to make it look like George had said he hadn't put the tape on the gas cans during LE questioning, using a different photograph with different tape than during the LE questioning.

He read something out that Ricardo had said during questioning, implying that Ricardo had said that Caylee only spent the night in his bedroom once, when the original statement was about one certain time she did, although she had spent the night there many times.

He tried to use Tony's words in deposition to prove that Tony had earlier claimed that George had molested Casey when it was Lee that Tony was referring to.

I'm not sure on those first two, if the jury really understood that the documents he was reading did not support what he said they did. The jury didn't hear the last one, and I hope he doesn't try that switcheroo in front of them.

My daughter often threatened to call the Kid's Help Line because I was "mean" to her- roughly translated it means I used the word no and often.

So one day I said - good idea - go ahead. As long as you know they will take you away from me and put you in a foster home. No calls, LOL - she was shocked - she thought someone would just come over and boss me around. :innocent:

My older sister threatened to call HRS (that is what they called DCF when we were young) over something?? I forget what it was, but my sister was being really nasty to my mom, cussing at her and stuff, so my mom handed her the phone and told her to call HRS, but to make sure she called 911 right afterwards. :floorlaugh: No phone calls were made and my sister still got a good spanking.

This Jury was never asked about sex abuse dont ya think they should have been?

Then again it wasnt known that JB would say that about G and L

I could swear that I remember the Jury being asked if they were sexually abused, if they knew someone who was or if they knew if someone was accused of sexual abuse.

Is my imagination making this up?
