More GA testimony, didn't want to believe what he was smelling in the car trunk - the odor of a human corpse; noticed stain in trunk, somewhat subtle, just something he could see about the size of a basketball.

Dr. Kessler, ME: Maggots will come in about a day or so; flies will lay eggs in an hour or so then develop; could have been in trunk for a while; doesn't know if maggots were live or not. Smell (human decomp) is unique; not like rotting garbage.

Alexis: He was so choked up today; really shown how devastated he was; had seen Caylee every day of her life until she disappeared.

Dr. Marshall: What might be holding him together is he feels he's doing the right thing for Caylee; shows what a good guy he is.

NG: Doesn't this make him a more powerful witness?

Darryl Cohen: Unbelievable, he has to testify against his daughter........former LE makes him excellent witness.
