I wonder if the sidebar was about the inappropriate remark that JP made. He was downright snickering through Mr. George's explanation. I like the judge...don't love him....but that remark was just uncalled for...and made light of what the State was trying to say. The core of this case cannot be forgotten...Caylee Marie...and that remark did not have her in mind...IMVHO.

I wonder when the SA will play First phone call home from jail and the jail videos and the 911 calls

Yesterday LDB said that LE will be up next week. Since they are going in a chronological order, and are now at July 15th - my guess would be next week on the 911 tapes.

Also, I wanted to add :twocents: Many seem to be getting a little discouraged about things we know, and it seems they are not being brought up. I am not in the least bit discouraged YET! JB seems very over zealous in his actions. I feel more like the state is at this time, just "giving him the rope". Have faith and patience! I believe it will all fall into place!

Easy to convince kids of that, ain't it!!! I had my daughter convinced her nose grew when she lied, just like Pinnochio. What a tale tell sign it was when she was say "I didn't do it" and would immediately reach for her nose.

My question is, though, did the State ask TL in his deposition about whether or not he made the comment about only wanting girls to ICA. I understand that they have not asked him about it in trial. Just wanting to know if they asked in depo and, if so, what his answer may have been.

It absolutely makes me seeth with anger that ICA has the audacity and gall to join in the laughter and merriment re: HHJP and the jury discussing the Lightning game after watching her poor excuse for a lawyer attempt to decimate her own father for the murder SHE commited upon her own flesh and blood child. How dare her?

I'm an old gal, have watched and followed many cases and trials. Scott Peterson, David Westerfield, Susan Smith - just to name a few. Hell I even remember the Jeffrey McDonald case. And I've never witnessed pure evilness spew forth from one person.

Her demeanor in front of the jury is academy award worthy. When out of sight, she does a 180 either chatting it up with her buddies all casual like or looking as if she being inconvenienced to have to even be there in the first place. When leaving the courtroom, she hangs back as if she's waiting for them to invite her to lunch or out for drinks, FGS. I simply cannot wrap my mind around this... person.

I want her to fry - and the sooner the better. I want her eradicated from humanity. I want her stomped on like a cockroach.
I know I need to step away from this case. But I can't. I just can't.

He drove the stinking car rather than allow his mind to accept the reality. I do not know if that is self-preservation, denial, dysfunction or a combination of all that & more. He was also pressed for time to get to his job. I heard him say today, he didn't feel like going to work after retrieving the car, but it was a new job & he had to go.... We all know the Anthonys refused to accept what was obvious to everyone else.

I hope the state addresses this matter to the satisfaction of the jury.

ita Suzi, there is something gut-churningly wrong w the defendant. Having been psychologically devastated (for a time) by a sociopath many years ago, this wrongness seems familiar to me. Sociopaths are brilliant, charismatic social manipulators. It makes me anxious because if she is what I think she is, she just might beat the charges.

Probably best that I step back as well, but I can't seem to either. I've been waiting a long time to see this trial.

Would a person who is sexually assualted by their father (Baez in opening statement said ICA would wake up with her father's p*nis in her mouth) then be able to joke with TL about oral sex? In the IM TL says something like go suck D*I*C*K. And she says maybe later. I don't even know why I brought it up - it just bothers me and I can't stop thinking about it. When I was younger I had a friends dad rub himself against my bottom and when a BF or my husband tried to do something like that it would give me the heebee jeebee's and be a definite no. Any thoughts. Sorry if this is not an appropriate place to ask this.

I'm an old gal also, and have followed the same cases. She is unbelievable. I agree with everything you have written. I am very interested in this issue of KC bonding with a juror. If this is true something needs to be done.

To be honest LDB said they had received a notice and it had the right form explaining why it was late... So at first I thought it was the state's but on second thought it would seem to me it was the DTs

JMO - I explained my thoughts on the chloroform search in a previous post. Neck breaking? No idea....

More often than not children of this age are killed/murdered when their caregiver loses it either over a tantrum or some undesired behavior. ICA looks to me like someone who could lose it and very easily harm a child or even a parent. Sometimes just the way she clenches her hands gives me the chills. I fear her.. and not because she's diabolical. But because she's explosive.

It depends on the person, some go against any and all contact as such, some go all for it. However, all get away from the abuser as soon as they can run, regardless which way they turn out. KC never did. IMO, I am not a psychologist, but they don't really know either. (Talked to enough of them to figure it out.)
