In watching Cindy's testimony again at the part where she said she and George did the landscaping(while they were showing pics of Caylee's house). It occurred to me that Ca in the last six weeks is finally allowing herself to grieve. So sad...

Can someone refresh my memory? Did LA get immunity for this trial? If so, what exactly does that mean?

If I'm on the jury and listening to and watching Cindy, I'm thinking that if her grandbaby drowned in that pool, Cindy would've demolished it herself, with her bare hands if she had to. I do wonder if any of the jurors are thinking that.

I thought what the Prosecution did with the Defense Team and how the DT planned to handle CA was especially masterful.

Here's how the SA completely destroyed the DT's attack and everything was going so fast you might not have noticed.

Can I have the sound of trumpets please? LDB said to CA - Cindy how long have you been looking for Zanny? Answer: Six Weeks.

There you have it Mr. Baez, Mr. Mason. Thwarted big time!!!:rocker:

Logicalgirl, I missed this part of the testimony today and I don't quite understand the point LDB was making or Cindy's answer.

I thought the A's have been trying to find Zanny (and were looking for her currently) Why would Cindy say she was only looking for Zanny for six weeks?

I think I'm confused? (I'm that way alot, LOL).

Watching this being replayed on HLN....heartbreaking.....Caylee DID NOT drown in that pool!! I'm 1000% positive!! CA can barely breathe just looking at the playhouse....no way Caylee died in that pool

I also am watching the replay and I agree. Again, I cannot imagine with GA being home, such an "accident" would've been allowed to happen. Both GA and CA seemed too vigilant and did everything possible to "child proof" the house and pool area. I especially listened to CA's testimony of how she would take Caylee swimming, carefully getting into the pool first before allowing Caylee to jump into her arms and Caylee wearing a life jacket when in there.

MOO

The fact that the flooring of the playhouse is pavers really caught my attention. I wonder if ICS borrowed that shovel to remove the pavers and possibly bury Caylee under the playhouse.

That could very well have been Casey's original plan, to bury Caylee under the pavers in the playhouse. She most likely found that this plan was way too labor intensive.

I find this really annoying as well. Baez and his " Casey's World " BS is very aggravating. He is trying to imply that she does not know any better.

I really wish we could have just one look at the jury to see how they are responding to this charade the DT is attempting.

:rocker: Is not enough to thank you for this sentence. I have been trying to put my finger on what it is that Jose is giving us...and that is it!

Casey, is 100% innocent of anything and everything you can ever catch her in or at because "she just doesn't know any better."

It is disgusting. Nothing could be further from the truth and that is why it is so disgusting and hard to take. IMHO.

Cindy said she stopped looking for Zanny about six weeks ago, which coincides with the time frame when GA/CA would've found out the defense strategy.

MOO

Question...does anyone know about what time George testified yesterday? I've been trying find the right videotape of his testimony.

The fact that TL testified that he went to sleep and caylee was in the bed, woke up and caylee not there, inquired and ICA stated her Mom called and wanted her home, and the fact that records shows that CA, GA, and LE tried to climb mountains to find he and None of ICA friends or acquaintances had seen Caylee has not gone over the Jury's head! MOO

She was asked when she stopped looking for Zanny. And she answered six weeks ago. Which was around the time that the Defence told the Anthony's what strategy they would be using in KC's defence.

What I think she asked was when did you stop looking for Zanny? Ca's response was I quit looking for her 6 weeks ago.

What a sinister plan that would be...for ICA to bury Caylee under the house CA loved to see Caylee playing in

 Frigga :cool2:

Cindy said she STOPPED looking for Zanny six weeks ago! They are saying that is when Lippman or whoever told them about the defense and what they are going to do, then Lippman released a statement saying Casey is "deeply disturbed." Did I get that right? Mind mind is sprung...

:twocents:

Thanks guys, I read it wrong!

Oh my that does tell us something!

But, the side gate was padlocked! Man, that's secure for a gate in my neck of the woods. jmo

Usually a necessary precaution when there is a swimming pool. Some areas even require two gates.
