I think the "from jail" phone call shows the Jury exactly what KC had on her mind. It was not her daughter or her family. It was TL.

Want to revisit the tweet that said Juror 4 looked up at ICA and glared at her during the jailhouse call home. Juror 4 is 1319, the one we were all very concerned about. I think we can rest easier that the evidence as we know it will be exactly as damning to someone just hearing about all this, as it is to those of us who have been following along for years now.

I bet this juror will be the first one to raise her hand in favor of the DP!

:blowkiss: to all, its been a rough morning and this afternoon is going to be really rough with the cross coming up. I'm hoping JB doesn't further stick the needle in ICA's arm by being mean to CA. (I have a feeling he will be though)

I can almost bet actual money that jb will attack CA.....he has that calendar up ---- He will go for blood and his moment....he is disgusting.....worse words but I'm being good....:maddening::banghead:

It bothered me to hear the way Cindy was testifying about
Amy directing her to Tony's place. She was implying there was something nefarious about Amy knowing exactly where to go. My goodness,
Amy had just been there to drop off ICA.

Don't understand why she continues to make those remarks about Amy.
Is it because Amy is a victim of ICA and That doesn't sit well with Cindy?

I'm pretty sure this juror didn't like that Baez chose to say "penis in her mouth" vs "oral sex" which that too is a bit much for her to hear & now all the F-Bombs from ICA?..I'm not surprised she "shook her head" one bit!

eta..also the day after she claims "Caylee died" that she spent the whole day in BED with her b/f & that she let her 2 yr old sleep in the same BED with a diff b/f..This juror gave me the impression she'll find all this behavior appalling..Even with instructions not to let any of this come into play she won't be able to put it ALL aside.

Will JB or CM do the cross of Cindy? IMO the DT desperately needs an Andrea Lyon right about now.

Whoever does the cross examination, they better tread lightly. If either JB or CM badger Cindy the jury will not like that. At this point, I'm sury the jury is sympathetic to Cindy.

IMO, she's not remotely unintelligent. Just a female sociopath.

I agree - she's quite cunning, but IMHO she's not anywhere near as smart as she thinks she is. She's lead a very small life, all her BS is ripped from TV plots - no one with 15 minutes of adulthood under their belt would believe her carp - and it appears that most did not as she cycled through "friends" at about a 4 to 6 month interval....

I really think Condy's actions up until 6 weeks ago were all motivated by the fact that she still held out hope that this was all a lie and Caylee was still alive- they said so in 2009 at GA, LA and CA's depositions (even after the memorial/remains being found). I do not fault her for holding on to that sliver of hope even if it meant she seemed evil to other people in the case.
What is crucial is that she now knows the truth and she is doing what is right. It it excruciatingly painful to watch her go through this knowing this is the first time she is reliving this nightmare with the knowledge that Caylee is really gone and her daughter had something to do with it.

Her stating that they stopped looking for Zanny 6 weeks ago opened up a whole new arena for her...then hearing OS.....How much more crap can be allowed? I know the inmate is protected but honestly...what about the witnesses/victims?????????:banghead:

They shear VOLUME of lies Casey came up with; the fake job, people, places they went, car accident, a nanny with a concusion that you still have watch your child, the beach, the wedding, the car repairs - and then she CONTINUES to lie to the dispatcher and even while in jail; all the while casting forth a really defiant and selfish attitude and only wanting Tony's number. The stark contrast between Cindy's actual caring and Casey's indifference must be downright shocking to the jury right about now.

It must be really tough to be a juror and not be able to even comment about it to each other!

Ziggy, I was just thinking about that. How do you hear that--the emotional crescendo that was this morning's testimony--and then have to go sit with 16 other people eating lunch as if nothing happened? How? Even if none of them says word one about testimony, I think there would have to be half-spoken and unspoken cues flashing like lightning between and among these jurors right now.

I don't know if anyone else is thinking this, but I sure hope that the jury is seeing now, and will, even in future jailhouse visits that these are not the actions, emotions or.....anything else of a person who is protecting their father, or even themselves from improperly disposing of the body had it been an accident and she had not hidden the body herself.

ETA: I understand what is trying to be done with all of the molestation stuff, but I can only cram so many defense theories in a post.

IMO - So, tell me, how can a person go from one end of the spectrum of yelling, using foul language/cussing, swearing--demanding, and then, within moments go the other end of the spectrum, being calm, contrite and soothing, using endearing words?

That is the mark of a master manipulator, what I see as a sociopath. Some say borderline personality.
